Leak Squad

Great Job Guys! I was at the end of my rope with this leak losing an inch a day. I'd tried every test on utube and still had no idea where the leak was coming from. Roy and Jack showed up and pressure tested each component while also using some pretty sophisticated equipment to test the liner. They found the leak and repaired it in about an hour. These guys were very professional and on the ball. Thanks for taking care of us!

This was a tough job for everybody. The water leak was under the slab of my house and leaking water from a pinhole in a half inch waterline. Roy came in at the time we had arranged and showed up on time. He was able to get the plumbers to within a couple of feet of the leak. He came back when we called to get the plumbers on top of where the leak was located. The leak was further down than anyone thought it would be. Roy from Leak Squad came back and pressurized the line so that the plumbers could get down to the right depth and location. It took a lot of work to find this leak due to bad soil conditions, roots, and rocks, and a small leak in a small line that was buried around the sewer line. Roy, did a great job getting this leak localized so the plumbers could finish the work properly. I highly recommend The Leak Squad for their timely service and professionalism.

After attempts by my pool service provider failed at accurately diagnosing why my pump wouldn't prime, they suggested I call a leak detection company because it had to be a leak. Even though I disagreed with them, I decided to pursue peace of mind and called the Leak Squad. The technician showed up within the three hour window designated, was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, and concluded that nothing was wrong with my pipes. This interaction then led to me pursuing a second opinion from another pool service company and they determined it was a bad seal. Basically, what should have cost about $100 from my original provider resulted in hundreds down the drain for me, but it could have been worse as I was looking at replacing a 2 year old pump. Bottom line, Leak Squad was awesome, they were professional and EVERY time I called, they answered. No voice messages and 24 hour wait for a response. Definitely happy with this company.
