Lead Dog had offers to buy 1 day after our house was listed, the first offer fell through. Within days we received another very good offer and we accepted and closed on the sale one and half months later. Lead Dog did a great job helping us navigate the whole process.

Scott Tyler is the consummate professional. He is knowledgable, experienced, savvy and hard working. He was very responsive and, most importantly, very effective. He has a great reputation. Other realtors respect him and listen to him. You will not find any full commission realtor who works harder for his or her client, yet Scott charges a very reasonable flat fee. Scott's business model makes total financial sense. I recommend him without reservation (and have done so several times already).

Our house was sold in a somewhat challenging market at top dollar at the most reasonable cost . And, on top of that the fat fee service saved us 12,000! Through out the process of listing,selling , and closing we had frequent communications by phone, txt and e-mail. The level of service was fantastic. There was never a moment that we ever questioned our decision to go with Lead Dog.

Bob Clark met with us on short notice and at a time convenient to us, to explain his services and the steps involved in the sale of our home. He provided us with the necessary market information to help us in the pricing of our home. He provided signage, took photos, listed us on the MLS, helped us navigate the Showing Time Appointment Center, assisted us with the contract and inspection process and came to the closing. He was a pleasure to work with and with Lead Dog's Flat Fee Program we saved a lot of money.

We were hesitant to use a flat fee realtor to list our home fearing that we would not get the personal attention/representation that other realtors provided. This was far from our experience with Scott Tyler and Lead Dog Realty. Scott took outstanding care of us from listing to closing. He took excellent pictures of our home, listed our home on MLS, returned phone calls/emails promptly and was with us at closing...all while saving us almost $40,000 in realtor fees. We enjoyed working with Scott and will definitely be using Lead Dog Realty in the future!

We recently sold our home and were extremely pleased using Lead Dog Realty! Bob Clark did an amazing job handling all the details of what turned out to be a super quick sale! We also ended up with multiple offers in less than 2 weeks, and we appreciated Bob handling all the details to get us the best possible price for our home. Bob stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process via phone call, email and text message, and made it easy for us as the seller. Using Lead Dog Realty saved us thousands of dollars at closing, while accomplishing exactly what we needed - the sale of our home. Would we call Lead Dog Realty again? Absolutely, %110 YES!!!

Two weeks passed and I never heard from Mr. Clark. I finally called Mr. Tyler again, left him a message and asked him if his company was interested in my business. He called me back and once again, referred me to Mr. Clark who called me based on prompting from Mr. Tyler. During the course of the call, Mr. Clark assured me that Lead Dog Realty WAS interested in my business. However, Mr. Clark continued by telling me that he had lost my contact information as well as the information about the property (including the address). Being unimpressed with the lack of professionalism demonstrated by Mr. Clark and Lead Dog Realty, I immediately contacted Mr. Tyler (and again left another message) and told him that I would not be using his company. Mr. Tyler returned my call and told me that this behavior was not representative of his company but offered no explanation for Mr. Clark's lax and unprofessional performance. There are several companies that provide flat fee realty services. I suggest you use one other than Lead Dog Realty.

In the modern age of MLS, internet real estate sites etc., pretty much all you need from a selling agent is to get your house on MLS. I got my house ready (refinished floors, painted throughout) and set my own listing price. I hired a professional (look up Photographer Real Estate) to take listing photos. Bob got my info up on MLS which fed Zillow, Trulia etc. on a Wednesday. I had ~15 viewings throughout the weekend and had three (3) offers by Sunday. I sold the house well over list. Bob was readily available by phone or email when I need to discuss any issues with the potential buyers. Great experience.

We paid $500 to have our home listed on the MLS. Our property was under contract in 4 months and closed 2 months later. Lead Dog provided all the services of a realty company charging a traditional fee with the exception of Open Houses.

workI have moved many times, have bought and sold many properties and worked with many real estate agents over the years.Simpy put Bob was incredible. He worked extremely hard for me even though he was not earning the traditional 3% listing fee. By his behavior and how hard he worked you would never have known he was earning only 500 vs the tens of thousands of dollars full commission would have been. Bob is extremely knowledgeable in his field and while I am very educated myself due to the # of transactions I have done I would say he gave me the best advice and guided my spouse and I though the process of pricing, ensuring condition was top notch with staging, and the price negotiation...plus helping provide suppliers when we went through the due diligence process. Most importantly of all it was clearly apparent to me from the start that Bob was working for me and absolutely trustworthy.I am now using bob to find my next home and his dedication to the task has been no less that the ultra positive experience we had with him while selling our last home.
