Did what we asked. Was very thoughtful with our money situation in mind b/c we did not want to spend a lot fixing a house we were trying to sell. He had to fix a problem with our deck that was built in the 80's and he did so very creatively. We are very thankful. They did a good job.

I'm currently in the middle of relocating to Charlotte, NC. The leasing agency of my Charlotte rental home left me hanging when it came to taking care of the lawn until I arrived. Thad Bonapart, president, never hesitated to help me. He drove to the home and called my with a quote within 24hrs. The customer service exceeded my expectations.

Thad provided what I thought was a very fair quote for the requested services. One of the services was to clear the land about a foot back from the perimeter of the yeard. Thad actually went back about five feet instead and did not charge any extra for it. He is very responsive and a super nice guy. I would definitely do business with him again.

Thad, the owner, was punctual and very professional when we met for the first time. He listened well as we discussed my needs and he followed up after the service. He powered wash the deck, replaced some boards, including replacing all four steps. They also placed a lattice around the bottom of the deck. They stained the lattice and deck. They did a great job. Looks like new. I would recommend them for the job. Mr. Bonapart was very pleasant to work with. Thanks!

Great overall job. He and his crew were very hardworking, paid attention to detailsIn addition to the lawn work, they also pressure washed my house, 2 decks and the garage and also replaced parts of a deck in the back yard. All were very courteous and prompt. They will be maintaining the yard in the future.

Initially I had Lawn Care and Deck repair do a complete clean upof my yard from the debris of winter. Next they fertilized and aerated, and are working to bring my lawn to health. I will be using them for regular lawn care and maintenance.

Thad was very pleasant, professional and determined to do a good job. I had an enormous amount of leaves in the front yard of my new home and he did not complain and the light rain did not stop or deter him at all. The job was done well and I am leaf free...only in the front yard for now.. I would call him again!
