Lauren O'Connor Farlow / Keller Williams Southpark

Lauren was awesome!! Our friends who had recently purchased a home recommended Lauren to us. We couldn't be happier with her service! We were buying our first home and we had a TON of questions!! Lauren was very helpful and knowledgeable and patient. She was honest and striaght forward from the start and did not push her own agenda - all extremely important things to us! We loved her candid feedback and she made the process so easy for us. She is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable while also keeping things casual and flexible. She was willing to go almost any time we needed her and with 20+ years in the field she knows everything there is to know about the Charlotte area and real estate! She works very closely with her assitant Mickie and this was great. Mickie was there to help answer any questions and navigate all the paperwork etc after we made an offer. Both are very responsive and easy to work with. We will aboslutely use Lauren again and will recommend her to everyone we know looking for a realtor! It was a great expereince from start to finish!
