Launch Thermal provided an excellent thermal imaging survey of my new construction home. Launch Thermal provided a clear list of requirements for an effective survey and worked to schedule a time that would provide the best results. The technician arrived on time, provided an overview of the process and the equipment in use, and explained every step and answered every question. I understood the type of deficiencies that could be identified as well as their causes and severity. Prior to leaving, Launch Thermal discussed potential problems with the house with me, and specified some that required additional research (for example, verifying that temperatures were within bounds for a specific component). I received a complete and professional report that included this additional research, background information, and other information that allows for a productive discussion with the builder to correct them. I was overall very pleased with the service.
