+ -1 moreRobert Knight was out to our house in a matter of hours. He was very respectful and didn't try to take advantage of the situation. His price for the repair was more than fair. I'd recommend him heartily!!!
Description of Work: Needed repair done on a Saturday afternoon two days subsequent to having 4000.00 worth of new sod installed.

+ -1 moreAll explained above but the main problem is that he is not honoring his warranty agreement (it is in writing) and does not have the courtesy to return phone calls.
Description of Work: We hired Robert Knight of knights irrigation to do an irrigation install. No issues with work and planning except that he led us to believe that he had completed many installs on the lake using water from the lake which we later understood he had not. Also he cut our telephone line and did not repair it. We have since gone to a wireless Verizon line so the line cut is not hurting us. What really bothers us is that he did not do an adequate job refilling trenches to be flush with lawn. We have "trenches" throughout our yard which do not match the yard. Also ,most recently we have heads and or lines leaking. We have been calling him now for for 9 months with no return phone calls, no offer for service and no repair offered. He simply does not return phone calls or deliver on his (writtten guarantee which we have) for one year on repair and service. I would not recommend his work to anyone until he makes good on his guarantee. There are too many good contractors in this area. I have his signed warranty agreement as well as the contract where he was paid in full.

He and his two man crew didnt waste time, pinpointed the problem, tried to find the most economical and efficient solution, and performed excellent work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Knight Irrigation and plan to use them in the near future.

He came out at a time that was very convenient for me, & explained what the possible problems were with my system & the best way to remedy the issue. He also suggested the best way to maintain & run my system, & what long term problems to watch for with my particular brand of irrigation products. He's very knowledgeable & experienced.
Description of Work: Performed troubleshooting & serviced irrigation system. Replaced problem irrigation valve that kept zone stuck open/on, independent of controller.

+ -1 moreVery pleased with overall job. Was the highest bid of the 3 wed obtained (by a little), but have no regrets at all. Work was completed quickly. Hes been back numerous times to move sprinkler heads, etc as the landscaping has taken shape. Does a lot of the work himself. Only compaint is that he never gave us a zone map.
Description of Work: Complete system install, 8 zones plus a drip zone.
