 + 4 moreKen Spears wants jobs to be done the right way. His expertise and knowledge was extremely valuable in getting a house ready for sale. He did what he said he would do, and he did the jobs in a timely manner. He was always professional in his dealings with us.
Description of Work: Ken Spears Construction installed new wood flooring, repaired roof and gutters, stained cabinets, installed pocket doors, updated electrical hardware, installed curtain rods, repaired exterior door, dealt with building inspector for sale of property, worked with Realtor to get house ready for sale and advised homeowner on various projects.
