It is always clean when they leave. They are quick, but do a good job. They always show up when they say they will. I have been using their services for the last year now.

I contacted Paul and he came out the same day and explained their services and prices. We have our lawn mowed every other week and are very pleased with the service.

I have had several lawn care people in the past year and Kelly has been the most recent. I will say that I can't fault them for responsiveness, they have been here twice this month right on time when they are supposed to be. The problems I have had involve them cutting no shorter than 3 inches, and they don't cover the trees in the back.

Came every week as scheduled, does a professional job on the yard. Removed leaves (to the street) for a minimal fee.

We received a flyer in our mailbox about their services. We decided to try them since they were significantly cheaper than the other lawn services we have used in the past. They do NOT require a contract, which was a bonus as far as we were concerned. They came out weekly and took care of the lawn. They did a good job. It rained a lot in a 2 week span and they were still able to keep us close to our regularly scheduled day. We have been very pleased with their work.

If you're looking for dependable, rock bottom price lawn mowing, this is your company. They are not too careful about their work, because its done at lightening speed, and they are off to their next job. It suits my purpose, but would not for a more demanding lawn or customer.

Kelly Lawn does great work with the mowing and edging but the billing is another issue. On almost a monthly basis I have to request my bill. Last month I requested the bill, and did not receive it until the 16th of the month at which time they also included a late fee for non-payment. This month I've sent 4 requests for the bill and have yet to receive it.

I'm exceptionally pleased so far. For what they do, I can't believe that I haven't done this before.

The team does a very good job. They are very professional and thorough.

They never consistently mowed our entire property even though I told them the lines 3 times. I ceased service due to reseeding, but they came back and mowed the new grass before it was established and left deep tire tracks in our yard. I cancelled service permanently in early November, but they are still sending me bills for work not performed after I received cancellation confirmation (this has been going on for 6 weeks.) Sean is very pleasant and dismisses the charges, but I don't think there is good communication with his crew.

THE WORK WAS SATISFACTORY, IF NOT EXCEPTIONAL. HOWEVER, IN AUGUST, I WAS BILLED FOR A PERIOD OF TIME IN WHICH THEY DID NOT COME TO THE HOUSE. TO DATE, I HAVE CONTACTED SEAN 8 TIMES, THROUGH EMAIL AND PHONE CALLS AT THE CONTACT INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE INVOICE, TO DISCUSS THIS ISSUE. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE REPLY. IN THE MEANTIME, I APPEAR TO BE ACCRUING FINANCE CHARGES FOR NON-PAYMENT ON THE DISPUTED DAYS. I AM INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NO LONGER BE USING THEM.

THE WORKERS AT THIS COMPANY ARE NOT THE PROBLEM, THE OWNER, SEAN, IS. HE DOES NOT RETURN MULTIPLE TELEPHONE CALLS OR EMAILS. WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH EDGING, AND AFTER MULTIPLE TELEPHONE CALLS WE JUST HAD TO WAIT TO SEE IF THE COMPANY WOULD EDGE THAT WEEK OR NOT. WHEN WE MOVED, I EMAILED HIM MORE THAN 4 TIMES AND CALLED HIM MORE THAN 4 TIMES, AND NEVER HEARD A WORD BACK FROM HIM.

VERY PUNCTUAL, GOOD QUALITY, GREAT PRICE, VERY QUICK, AND EFFICIENT.
