Junk King Charlotte

These guys made our first day in our foreclosure a cakewalk. We called made the appointment and little did we know it would be one of the hottest days of the year. They scheduled a time and called a couple of times during the day to let us know their progress as they headed in our direction. They were so nice! They quickly surveyed the items for removal, checked twice & quoted me a very reasonable price based on the items that filled their truck! ANGiE'S LIST MEMBERS USE COUPONS when applicable!!! Win win! I will use them again and again and again. You should too. Great team!!

Booked appointment online. I was surprised, but they were able to come out the next day. The two men arrived on time and provided an estimate. They were very courteous and professional. The price was more than fair. Again to my surprised, I was able to get the hauling done the next day. The two men who provided the estimate were the men you actually did the hauling. That was good, because there they knew exactly what we wanted hauled away. No misunderstanding. They removed items from our garage, back yard, attic and two other inside storage areas. Like advertised, we indicated what we wanted to go and they handled the labor. Great experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

It was so long ago I don't remember details, but work was timely and satisfactory. This was the first Big Deal I purchased from Angie's List, and it was great value for money.

I spent years lazily chucking anything that wouldn't fit into the trash bin into my garage until I finally had a collection of worthless junk that would be the envy of anyone ever featured on the TV show "Hoarders". Turns out if you have a pile of junk like this you also get a lot of spiders in it over time.. Who would have known! The guys from Junk King showed up on time and bravely removed the junk and the arachnid nightmare that lay beneath. All for a very fair price. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.

What has amazed me about the Junk King's employees was how respectful they were of the job they were doing. My parents had passed away and the job of cleaning out 66 years worth of marriage and family raising was daunting. They found books behind books that they brought to me for sentimental value and they pointed out things that I might want to keep because of monetary value. From the moment I had contact with Terrendius David to the finishing work that will be happening today, they have been professional, on time, and incredibly nice to work with. They have made an overwhelming process and easy one which is exactly what they said they would do. I would recommend Junk King enthusiastically!

My first phone call was not returned, but after we finally spoke the experience was professional and satisfactory.

They came when they said they would, did what they said do and it was fine.

I am giving the price a "B" because we didn't realize we had only purchased 1/8 of the truck for the big deal....And, we had much more to be picked up. They were very accommodating about removing the remainder of the items....for an additional cost.

It turned out to be a lot, a whole truck. They were on time, pretty quick, and pretty generous in terms of the amount of space they charged me for.

It went very well despite the fact that I failed to read the fine print and was only entitled to 1/6 of a truck load. The guys were great about cutti ng down the boxes and basically crammed in most of what I had hoped to get rid of.

They just did a great job. They showed up when they said they would.

They called to let me know they were running behind and called before they arrived. The were courteous and worked quickly. I asked them not to throw the items into the truck bed, as it was very noisy (neighbors have a newborn), they complied and remained very friendly.

Overall, the men were very well mannered and willing to take away whatever they could, but to take away all that I had to get rid of would have cost me several hundred dollars. I had a young man with a small pickup come out and take things to the landfill and only spent another $150. And he even swept out the building where my junk was located.

They did a good job. They hauled away some debris from our property.

Arrived on time but didn't have room for the trailer. Made a second trip and came back as promised.

I can not sing loud enough the praises of the Junk King Crew. I have had them several times to help clean out an attic, garage and storage area. I would have reviewed earlier but I did not know they were on Angie's List. They were prompt every single time. They never sat down. They were so polite and courteous. Their pricing is incredibly fair. Their work ethic is refreshing. You will not go wrong hiring this awesome group!

I had a coupon that they accepted. I didn't like anything about them. They didn't take very much garbage and they charged very much for the service they provided. They charged between $60-$90. They were not pleasant. In the end when I complained a couple of them came knocking on the door to see what was wrong. They said that was what they signed up to do. The price was way too much for what they did. The quality wasn't very good. They just took one pile and they were gone. I am not happy with them. They pretty much came on time.

We are preparing to sell our house. After spending time removing from the attic the things we needed to keep or make decisions about, I decided that it would be money well spent to have someone remove everything else for us. I found Junk King on Angie's List and called after reading the great reviews. Chris called back within about an hour! They came the next week to give me an estimate and I scheduled a service date. My stuff was about 2/3 of a truck load for them and with a $25 Angie's List coupon my total came to $303. Chris and his partner were great. They are professional and prompt and I highly recommend them. They swept up the dirt and debris that fell from the attic. I thought the price was very reasonable and it surely saved us many dangerous trips up and down the attic stairs. I would definitely use them again if needed!

The workers arrived on time and were very professional from start to finish. All I had to do was point to the items and they collected them, taking care not to cause any damage to the house as items were taken out. They also quickly worked and were gone in a short time. Although I had more items than was covered by the discount, the additional cost of $20 was more than worth it. They were also willing to move a TV that was too heavy for me to move alone. I will definitely use their service again.

Very efficient. They came and hauled everything away. It ended up being more than I anticipated based on their website, but overall the ease justified the expense.

Chris called 20 minutes out and let me know they were on the way. Both Chris and Mark were pleasant and nice to work with. My husband had added to our initial "pile" and the guys estimated additional cost fairly. They left a coupon for additional work. would highly recommend Junk King.
