JR CONSTRUCTION & REMODELING

Our next door neighbors are having them remodel and add on to their house. It has been nothing but an amateur show. They show up at odd times, odd days, and are messy. They bring in dumpsters that just sit in the driveway full for extended periods of time with no pickup date. Stuff falls out, blows out, and the crews are not careful when throwing stuff in it. We now have two holes in our siding on that side of the house because of their lack of care. The house was without power for an extended amount of time and one of the crew came over and expected to be able to use our power to get on with their work. This happened more than once. This job started over a year ago and is not done and as the neighbor, I am fed up. I can only imagine how the homeowner feels. The main difference is that I live here and they have not been able to live in their house for most of this time. Ridiculous. I tried calling the business number and there was no answer. Beware of this business.

They are good but they overcharged me. I called them on it but never heard back.

I originally hired them to relandscape my yard when I found out they did remodeling. So I had them paint two rooms, redo draperies, move furniture and repair two locks for me. They can do anything I ask of them and since I am handicapped and live alone it gives me peace of mind to know I can call them fr help with anything that comes up!

JR Construction does a good job. They are thorough and conscientious. They will not be the cheapest guys you will find.

I especially liked that they were very friendly and competent they would call before they came out, and they coordinated the project well from beginning to end. The prices were reasonable as well, and I think an over all good value for the money.

The prospect of the work was not promising from the start. Jason and his father stated they need good faith money before they could begin which was $1900.00. The work was slow and at times it appeared they was not very knowledgeable. Jason appeared to not remember what to do from the original quote and contract. It was very frustrating to keep reminding him what was supposed to be done. They was very hard. to reach and toward the end they rushed through our home projects leaving very unsatisfactory work in the process. Walls painted incorrectly with very bad stains, the pendents lights keep blowing bulbs, thus we have to get an electrician to come in and redue the work they didn't do right. The Jason and Mr. ball got upset when we requested a walk through and Mr. Ball upset insulted my wife demanding they get paid now. They had very bad attitudes and very unprofessional. Very poor workmanship, but we can no longer reach them because they refuse to answer our calls once being paid.

Couldn't have gone better. We will definitely call them again for other projects.

The work performed by Jason and Herman Ball was excellent and reasonably priced. They were highly skilled, knowledgeable and competent as well as conscientious and affordable. I found them to be completely honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend their services, you will be pleased as well!
