Description of Work: The provider came on time and was knowledgeable and friendly. He was efficient and did an incredibly good job with some absolutely awful carpet we had to get cleaned after many years to have extra emergency living space over the garage. He was clear about arrival time, about how long he would take, and the costs up front before he started. I could not have been happier! Any time I see his Journey truck with the gorgeous big dog painted on, it makes me smile

 + -1 moreAt first I was skeptical, because the only carpet cleaning I've had was the steam cleaning process, in fact I used to have a carpet cleaning buisness and that's what we used. I didn't know there was an organic carpet cleaning process. Well, what they say, the proof is in the pudding. I couldn't believe how clean my carpet turned out. They backed up everything they said they would do. The carpet was completely dry when they walked out the door and clean. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: They came in and did a dry extraction process. First, put down a prespray for general cleaning, then used the organic compounds for the overall cleaning

 + -1 moreThey came on time, very clean and professional. They explained everything about the process. I found it to be very interesting, as I didn't know anything about the dry carpet cleaning process. I am very happy with my results and will call them again when the need arises. What intrigued me, was that the process was organic and green for the environment.
Description of Work: They came in and Cleaned my living room area and 2 bedrooms and a hallway. They were very professional and prompt. They proceeded to vacuum my whole carpeted area, then put down a pre-spray of eco-friendly chemicals and applied a organic compound to the whole area that was to be cleaned, and then explained the whole process to me. When the company was finished my carpet was revived to a new like state and already dry when they left. Their was no stains to re-appear because everything was dry. I highly recommend these folks !!
