I was ready to purchase a home, pre-approved for a loan and given the market, didn't feel the process should be so hard. I was a first time home buyer and needed someone who was willing to pitch in and help me. I emailed Jennifer late one night after "breaking up" with my original agent. Jennifer was professional, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, friendly, knew the area and the market, gave me advice, explained every step along the way (good and bad things you need to know), and helped me find the perfect new home! I was thrilled by her attention to detail and level of expertise. I highly recommend her as a real estate agent and would absolutely work with her again.
Description of Work: Jennifer set me up to receive emails on homes that fit my requirements, set up a private area on her site I could log in to an review the homes daily, made appointments and showed me homes, helped me make an offer, and guided me through the entire home purchase process including making an offer, inspections, surveys and the closing. She has also remained in contact with me after the purchase.
