No Show! After scheduling the day around a service, they didn't come.

They do a great job. They are fast but thorough. JJ’s always works around my needs. The staff is professional and friendly.

Professional, on time, great job. Lots of extra touches like fluffing throw pillows and lining up kids stuffed animals.

The crew was amazing and they took the extra time to make sure everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning company!

Awful service. Scheduled to arrive, texted me they'd need to push back the cleaning time. Sure, no problem. The new time hits, no one shows up. Wait a whole hour at the property waiting. Texted them asking questions while I waited. No response. No one showed up even after they rescheduled.

Maids are dependable to come at agreed upon schedule (day and time). At my request, supervisor (Cristian) always sends at least one English speaking maid.

JJ Cleaning is an excellent house cleaning service. The staff are professional, friendly, and flexible. They do a very thorough cleaning each time and I am always happy with the service. I trust them in my home and would recommend them to anyone!

I have been very impressed! They were recommended by a friend. The ladies that come to my home are always friendly, on time, and do a terrific job. Anytime I have required a little extra cleaning done, ie. company coming, etc., they always come through for me. I have had to reschedule because of a doctor's appointment or a family emergency and they always work around that. I have absolutely no complaints.
