My parents only toilet was out of commission. Jim Dickerson came out on a Saturday afternoon emergency call and took care of the issue. Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely utilize their services again.

My downstairs furnace quit on me on New Years Eve. On Sunday I called to inquire about an appt and the rep I spoke with was SO nice- she actually spent about 20 minutes talking with me and the progression of my issues to try and determine who I needed to come. We decided on a furnace technician first. I scheduled a heating repairman to come Mon afternoon. He arrived on time and pretty quickly determined that I needed an electrician because there was NO power getting to the furnace. He was able to get their electrician out to my house in about 15 minutes, and within an hour he had zeroed in on the source of the problem. We were also able to determine that my breaker box was labeled backwards (the thrown breaker labeled as my UPSTAIRS furnace) was actually the breaker for the downstairs (with no power to it). I had turned off the power to the upstairs furnace thinking it too had an issue b/c of the thrown breaker... So, I had power again to my downstairs furnace, found it was safe to turn on the upstairs furnace again and the house warmed back up for a night of temps in the teens. The heating guy did NOT charge me anything for his time, and the electrician accepted my $25 coupon so I only had to pay $125. I was SO happy! These guys were polite, knowledgeable, FAST, fairly priced and sympathetic to my plight. This was my 2nd "emergency service call" to this company (1st was for plumbing repair) and they've NOT disappointed me at all! I WILL be using them for all of my HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs!

They provided us a written estimate. They showed up on time, they completed the work on time, and never changed the estimate. They were honest and straightforward and did a great job.

The provider was able to troubleshoot a lead in our bathroom that I had been unable to find for the source of. He arrived promptly, was very professional and quickly identified the issue and resolved it. The job required cutting through the sheetrock in the closet, and he did this with no mess.

They did an excellent job. They gave an estimate, arrived on time and were able to get the work done immediately.

I am very pleased with my decision to call this company. I am impressed with Trina who scheduled my appt- she worked hard to get me an appt that would minimize my time away from work(7am next day), then called back later the same day to say that she had someone who could come later that same day (after I was home from wk!). She asked how I had found them and when I said Angies List she asked "book? or online?" I said online but that I had a book I thought. She told me they had a better coupon ($25) in the book than the online discount of $15! She didn't have to do that, but she DID. She told me she'd call me back to let me know when the plumber was on his way, but I never got that call. This was my only 'neutral' part of the experience. Jason showed up with a smile and good attitude at 5:40 pm and went straight to assessing my issues with the toilet. We discussed prices and options, and he stressed he would always try to repair if possible. He never tried to 'upsell' me which I appreciated. He replaced my fillvalve, took care of a leak on the waterline to the tank, then addressed a small leak at the whole house turnoff valve. He checked the pressure coming into my house and we discussed a possible future upgrade of my pressure regulator. He did give me a quote on that if I chose to pursue it in the future. He was done in an hour, worked quickly, cleaned up after himself and was professional from beginning to end. I need a new HVAC service company and believe I have found it - this company has been a pleasure to work with- they worked hard from my first phone call until Jason pulled away, so I plan to give them my business again!

I used a plumbing company called Dickerson Plumbing. He installed the toilet and all that stuff.

Today Clayton arrived on time, quickly assessed the problem and had the repairs done in about an hour. He completed one other minor repair while here. Not having to wait until Monday was well worth the additional charge for weekend work. We continue to use this company because they are responsive, prompt, professional and never leave a mess.

They are great, we will use them again in the future. They first replaced a seal on our toilet and helped us wire up a new smoke detector. They have also been under our house and double checked all our plumbing out to ensure no pipes had frozen during the winter. We will absolutely use Jim Dickerson Plumbing in the future.

It went very well. The provider explained all of the details of the work and even suggested the water heater expansion tank which wasn't initially part of the service. Both were installed and in working order.

Same day service was a huge help. Steve was excellent. He was on time and took the time to investigate problem, show me broken part and then fix the problem. Every thing is working great.

I was quoted a price of $1,292 to pick up, install and haul away the old water heater. For the price, I was expecting some fancy water heater but instead got a $335 water heater and approximately 1-3/4 hrs. of service. The plumbers that came were very professional and friendly so I had no complaint with them. I think all companies should make a profit but I feel it is unreasonable to charge almost three times more for service than the water heater itself. Needless to say I will not use them again and will find a fairer priced plumbing company.

This company was supposed to do a sewer line fix and install a 2-way clean out, but somehow we had too many miscommunications with the plumber and frustrated the poor guy. He thought he was talking to me but he was communicating with my mother, so that didn't go over too well. Although things didn't work out for our family our plumber Thomas was awesome. He came out to help and even under the scrutiny of abuse but was still willing to do the work. The office manager Debbie was also great and very understanding. Did not provide a perfect score because no work was done. All in all I would still recommend them because they had great intentions.

The plumber, Joe arrived at our home as scheduled and provided an estimate to replace our existing 15 year old water heater that was leaking. Also, the water pressure was tested and it was determined that we needed a new pressure reducing valve. We scheduled an appointment to replace the gas water heater and make the valve replacement. This is the second time we have utilized Jim Dickerson Company and we have been very happy with the work performed. Thank you for a job well done.

Excellent! Plummer was able to troubleshoot 2 separate and difficult leaks. One has been fixed and other pending delivery of replacement part.

After five one evening, Mom heard water spraying under the house. We called Jim Dickerson Co and were assured someone would be out soon. The responding plumber called to provide an updated estimated time of arrival. The plumber that came out was courteous and covered his feet with protective booties every time he came in the house. He went under the house and quickly diagnosed the problem. He reported back that one short piece of pipe had a pin hole which was spewing a small, fast moving stream of water onto the heating duct. He replaced the small piece of pipe fitting and brought the old one in for us to see. We were grateful for the quick response and happy with the results.

Clayton, the plumber, and Mike and Don, the electricians, were prompt, professional, courteous, and friendly. The work was reasonably priced, all individuals were informative, and I would definitely use the company again.

I was very pleased with how quickly i got an appointment. The plumber did a great job and the price was reasonable.

Overall, they did a good job. They left a couple of things undone but nothing major that I could take care of. One of the workers accidentally stepped through the ceiling drywall but they had another vendor come out a patch the hole very quickly. The price was fair and the work was quick, as well as the response time! The water heater let loose the night before they came out but they did the work quick and hot water is now on tap again.

When our main water line failed and the city told us we were responsible, we made several calls to 24/7 plumbing services. "Marty" from Dickerson called us back right away. She was friendly and knowledgable and advised me that one of their plumbers ("technicians") would be over within two hours. He was there in 90 minutes. "Clayton" was a pro. He quickly identified the location of the break--not as easy as it sounds when pipes are buried underground for 20 years in a forested area with surface water bubbling in several locations. Clayton didn't have the required backhoe available that evening so he left me the water meter key (the long iron rod that you turn the main value at the street with) so that we could turn it back on for toilets if needed. First thing in the morning "Thomas" and "Terry" appeared with the backhoe. The line was repaired within a few hours. Both gentlemen made sure our home was clear of dirty water before they left. On the way out they even climbed under the house to check the water pressure regulator and showed us where our main water cutoff valve was located inside the house. All an all, this was a great experience. The cost was more than I'd hoped for but the two trips, backhoe, attention to detail, and great workmanship it was well worth it.

Our hot water stopped working. Clayton came out, diagnosed the problem & fixed it. He was very knowledgeable. The company was able to fit us in and were very flexible with our schedule. Would highly recommend.
