We had a lot of work that needed to be done... The bathroom sink (which was about 40 years old) needed to be replaced, along with the completely shot hardware. In addition to that, the sink in the kitchen was dripping water. We figured the pipes were leaking, but weren't entirely sure. However, what prompted the call was the fact that the diverter in our newly remodeled bathroom went bad, preventing us from taking showers! Not good! Because I had to be at work, I couldn't be here to deal with a plumber, so I left my wife the number for Jim Dickerson Plumbing (which I found on Angie's list). She was a little apprehensive about doing so, knowing so little about plumbing in general, but she was a trooper and made all the necessary arrangements. Jim Dickerson had a technician (Brian) out that very afternoon. My wife tells me he was extremely courteous, very knowledgeable, and did a great job explaining precisely what was wrong and what was needed to fix the problem. It wound up being a two day job (we needed to go out the first visit to pick out a new sink, some new hardware, etc.), but he came back the next day to wrap everything up. The only thing left to do is to have someone come out to path up and paint the drywall in the bathroom with the new sink (for which he gave us a trusted referral) My thanks to Brian for making the experience as painless as possible for my wife, and for such great service. We'll definitely use Jim Dickerson Plumbing again.

Much too expensive for the work done.

Easy. I called around 8:30, Debbbie promised plumber would come between 9 and 12. He called once for directions, and again to let me know he was nearby so I could show him where to park and let him into the building. Worked quickly and expertly, and discussed maintenance of water heaters. He also cleaned up, even took the old thermostats away with him. It could not have been easier for me.

I called them and indicated I did not need immediate service. They checked and there was someone in our area. We had someone at our door and the service complete within an hour of my phone call!

Plumber came out to inspect for possible leak; he was very thorough, persistent and took his time in ensuring all bases were covered during the inspection (including outdoors on a bitter cold day). Although no leak was found, I appreciated the honest assessment rather than finding unnecessary repairs for the sake of drumming up business.

They were great to work with. They were very responsive and I would definitely recommend them to others.

There was a tiny leak behind the toilet in our rental house, it was so small the tenant did not even notice it. We found it on a routine inspection and called Dickerson Plumbing. We were not present when the work was done, they were let in by the tenant. No estimate was given before they started work. We were just hit with this huge bill over the phone after work was done. Excessive price for the job and unfair to do this work without warning.

He does high quality work, and is very prompt when doing house calls. He cleans up pretty well when he is finished with a job. We depend on him with our plumbing and have used him many times. We intend on using him with any future work.

Overall a good experience, they did the work the day after I called, which was great because I was under a deadline to rent my property. They showed up on time and completed the work in about 2 hours. I didn't think the job would take 2 hours b/c I had already installed the strainer and disposal, but he suggested to reinstall the disposal with putty (vs. rubber ring per mfg instruction) and the strainer was too deep for the piping (not plumbers fault). He had to run out to buy a shallow strainer, which added to the time. I was hoping to spend closer to $200 but that wasn't necessarily the plumbers fault... although, at $135/hour, they should probably carry shallow sink strainers.

It is the second time that I have used them. I called them and they came out the very next day. They were punctual and did a great job.

Tim Quiroz is an outstanding plumber! He works efficiently and quietly. It took him 4 hours to complete this job. His work was top knotch. Debbie is a always a pleasure to work with when scheduling.

They were recommended to me by a co-worker and they have Saturday hours! They called first and showed up on time. The problem was resolved in less than an hour. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again.

They were very good. They were prompt and they did a good job. Their price was very reasonable.

The person who came was very pleasant, and professional. He did a diagnosis, and found that there was a problem in my soap dispenser. The jet dry dispenser was set the wrong way, so there was too much soap that was being dispensed. He replaced the soap dispenser. He also cleaned up the place once the job was done.

When called they immediately set up an appointment time. They arrived promptly and completed the work to our satisfaction.

They were amazing. Several times when I had concerns they came out to advise our tile person and carpenter. They are the most responsive plumbing company I have ever used. They will be our plumbers for life.

It was great. They were on time, friendly and informative. He could have very easily talked us into replacing the toilet but he kept with snaking the pipes and looking at all the connections until he finally dislodged whatever was stuck in the trap of the pipe and fix the issue.

Very good, although, technician didn't know it took 20 minutes to fubction properly. Not a major issue though

I found this company by the Angie's List rating system. They are a commercial outfit. I got a quote that seemed pretty high. He came out to do the work and it only took an hour for one person, where my quote reflected the work for two people for the most part of a day. They refused to lower the quote. I almost complained as I specifically pointed out where a leak would occur and a leak happened anyway, but they came to fix it and paid for the replacement of my entire ceiling. They stood by their work. I have used this company since then.

I've used these guys several times, and in all honesty should do a separate report for each one, but they were in such quick succession I'm just loppiong them all into one report. Quite reasonable prices and fixes the problems very well. Only thing (I've had the same guy come out both times) is he asks to use the bathroom every time!! LOL :) I don't mind but I always find it a little weird.. I guess it's just me :)

They came on time, did a good job and cleaned up afterward. We were happy with the service.

Excellent. We had 2 other plumbing companies and 1 basement "professional" out to determine the source of this odor. Jeff at Dickerson's is the only one who found a substantial leak in our kitchen sink sewer line. He wrote an estimate and they were out to fix it the next business day. The main plumber who did the repair work was Brian. He was friendly and professional. They ran into more difficulty than expected and it took a full day instead of 1/2 day, but they did not change the price. We were very pleased and will be calling them again as needed.

I called at 7:30am, and a plumber was at my house shortly after 9am. He found the problem and fixed it in about 45 minutes. Very professional and minimal damage to the drywall in order to get at the leaking pipe.

Brian R. was right on time, calling ahead to let me know he was on the way. He had all parts needed and completed repairs in less than an hour.
