Victor did a great job. He pointed things out that other contractors missed out on there estimates. I will use Victor again for any painting job's I have.

Victor agreed to paint our duplex (2 units) for $12,000 in and out including some drywall repair. He said in October 2020 it will take 2 weeks, which I felt unrealistic. I have paid him over $10k after he asked me several times for a larger progress-payment for personal reasons at the beginning. Now, in March 2021, he partially completed the first unit (about 90%), in the second unit he painted the ceiling 85% and painted less than half of the trims, he did not finish the drywall repairs and did not start wall painting. The exterior is disaster, the way his repair person started repairing the wood siding (months ago) is wrong, he caulked half of the exterior, primed some, I would say lass than half of the prep work is completed outside and haven't start painting. He would not respond to phone calls. He was using personal drama (different issues all the time) for not to be able perform. Unprofessional, not recommended.
