Jaso concrete

They did a great job.

They didn't hit the measurements at all. Shorted me 1'8 on both My doors, now it's the blame game. My stairs are a hazard and they said they were going to fix them on March 10th no show and no contact from them. We have proof that we didn't authorize them on the measurements, their entrepreneur is at fault for not being at the site. Now I have to get an entrepreneur to talk to the owner. This project started on February 23rd. It's a hazard getting in and out of my camper. I will show anyone pictures. I paid 3900.00 now they want 1300.00 more to make it right.

After they poured my concrete there were several dark spots that they said would dry. Several months later those spots are still there. One spot has started chipping away and there are now holes where fhe spot is. I contacted them almost 1 month ago, several times per week, and no one is getting back to me about fixing this spot.

Went very well. the crew knocked it out in less than a day and even fix and extended an AC drainage pipe for free!

Everyone was nice and was ready to start as soon as HOA approved.

Good. We are pleased with the final results but communication could have been better (on both sides).

They responded in an hour and said they would be out the next day at 10 AM. When they did not show up, I called them and they said they required a minimum of $2500.00 to even come out here. I asked her why didn't they tell me that yesterday? And how did they know how much the job was going to cost? I moved to hire someone else.

John and the team at Jaso exceeded my expectations. I reached out to them in the morning...by that afternoon John was on site and scheduled my work 7 days later! The price was fair (not the cheapest). I paid a little extra because of the quality of work I believed they perform. The team came a week later as promised and built me a 3rd driveway, a new sidewalk, and extended my back patio in about 10 hours. Their crew was professional and the clean up was done really well. If you need concrete work and you can get em’ I’d use Jaso again for sure!

Excellent experience. Work began about a week after I met with Jonathan. Both the owner and the Project Manager, Jonathan were at the site until the work was completed. Both of them ensured that every detail was perfect. The work was completed in 2 days just as Jonathan promised. The driveway looks great.

Jose and his team did fantastic work and they would be my first recommendation to anyone needing concrete repair. Jose was very responsive and his team completed a very large job in a single day without any sacrifice of detail. Many of my neighbors have had equally positive experiences with Jaso Concrete. The finished product looks fantastic and the price was very very reasonable. I will definitely use them again for future work.

I'm exceptional please with the job that Jose and his crew did with replacing my driveway and retainer wall. I do most construction work myself and rarely hire out because it's rarely done correctly or I've had issues with almost everything I've hired out. In other words, I'm probably considered a more difficult customer than usual. Jose came out to give me a quote and he offered to replace a hideous retaining wall as well. I was not considering it, but since he gave me such a good price on the driveway I justified having him replace the wall as well. I'm soooo glad I did, they did an excellent job and it totally changed the look of the house. When I hired him, he and his crew were out there 5 days later. They did everything in 3 days and the driveway was 45 yards of concrete and quite difficult in my opinion. I had a LOT of requests on the driveway so I took vacation to make sure it was done right so I watched them almost the entire time. They were all meticulous and worked in harmony together, it was quite a sight to see. I'm VERY pleased with the results and the neighbors all love it too. One of the neighbors called him over to get a quote of his own. I had a very difficult time finding someone to do my driveway, but Jose came through with flying colors. I would hire him out again in a flat minute and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Excellent! Jose was easy to get in touch with, came and gave estimate immediately, we were waiting on some tree work to get done. Trees came down on Wednesday, spoke with Jose on Thursday, job was framed on Saturday and poured on Monday! Almost forgot he was by far the cheapest estimate and did Quality work!!! Absolutely would recommend!!!!!

He is good. Quality work. Price is good.
