His Name is James Jones owner of "Prosperity Plumbing Services" with NC Plumbing License #15316. His Mobile # is 704-214-4936. I found his ad on craigslist as a Master Plumber, licensed and insured. This guy charged me $750.00 to install a water heater and damaged the brand new water heater and it never worked. Manufacturer also noted that the installation is incorrect. and due to the damage to the water heater, they dont want to service it under warranty and voided warranty as it will be a safety issue to the residents and I am left with a TOTAL LOSS OF $1500.00. This guy will never respond to calls, will not pay for damages and will not take responsibility. Filing a case in small claims court and also reporting to NC state plumbing board. He claims he has 30+ years of experience but his work looks like a novice job.

Excellent. James is very responsive, courteous, and works quickly. He also knows his stuff. We will use him for additional work at our new home.

I called James to get a shower valve replaced.He came within an hour of being called, he checked out my problem, said he could work on it immediately. He said he likes to ask his clients what they thought a fair price was. Since I do not have much of an idea I couldn't really give him a number so he said $ 185. Which seemed reasonable, considering he drove all the way from the other side of town and had to drive all the way back there after he finished at my house, although it did not take him long to do the work.He picked up some extra parts he needed for the job, was back within 15 minutes and replaced the valve within 30 minutes.He was very fast, experienced, nice, clean, and I would call him again anytime I need plumbing help.
