I use Ivey Exterminating, once a year. I have been associated with them for a long time now. I have a contract with them. They are good. They call me ahead of time, in order to fix an appointment. They raised their prices this year and I think it is in sync with the other companies. I didn’t bother to call anybody else as I felt that they were all the same. So, I just stayed with Ivey Exterminating. My brother-in-law was using them before. When they did some work for me once, I discontinued with the previous pest control company that I was using. I haven’t had any problem with Ivey Exterminating at all. They come out when I call them. They send the same person to my house, every year.

The representative was on time. Diagnosed the problem and inquired about plans for the structure. His advice was based on OUR needs, not Ivey's. We appreciated his directness and honesty.

They are very professional. They are always careful to ask me if I've had any problems. If I do, they call and come right out to do another treatment. The office staff is pleasant and easy to work with. I have had them do termite inspections as well as our regular pest control spraying.

My house was treated for termites in 2004. Every year, the (same) company representative comes and inspects to maintain the warranty. He is very thorough, looks both under and around the house. He is always a little early and very pleasant.

This business has been around for a long time and they have a good reputation because they're so honest in their work. The workers are knowledgeable and their work is excellent. They took care of my infestations very well and they keep coming to make sure it's still taken care of.

We've used this company for our annual termite inspection for the past five years. They call us and let us know when its time for the inspection. They tell us an actual time that they will arrive for the appointment (not a 2 hour window like many companies) and they are here on time always. We've always been pleased with their service and will continue to use Ivey Exterminating.

I decided on Ivey after reading reports from Angie's List and they are all correct. They were courteous on the phone, provided a prompt appointment and showed up on time! Not only that, but their service was excellent as there was a 95% drop in the amount of bugs in our house and months later we still do not have a problem. They also gave us several suggestions on things to do both inside and outside of our house to help prevent infestations.

Everything goes really well. They always show up on time and call ahead to let us know when they are coming. We've been using them for about five years and we've always been very pleased with the work they have done.

The crew was responsive and friendly and showed up on-time. The work was done in a timely manner and the price was reasonable compared to other quotes received.

Marty Ivey came out for the estimate. This is a family business that he inherited many years ago and he really loves his work. His knowledge about the psychology of insects is fascinating. He did the spraying and even offered to clean my windows in the foyer that are 18' high. I took him up on the offer. He came back a couple of weeks later to respray; and one more time as I was seeing ants in my bonus room. He is professional, brilliant, humorous and has more integrity than most! He is like Andy of Mayberry :).

Easy to work. I requested a quarterly pest maintenance program. After describing the type problem I was having, they were able to recommend the best program for me. I never had any more problems after service began.

They are very thorough and very professional.

Very happy with price and inspection. Inspector actually noted some things our home inspector hadn't pointed out to us (not repair items, just items to be aware of) and seemed very knowledgeable.

Marty is always on time and the home-buyers really like the time he spends explaining to them about the termites, what to do to prevent termites, and what to do if have termites. He stands by his treatments. Vendors like Marty Ivey make my job a lot easier!

HIRE THEM. THEY COME WHEN YOU CALL, THEY KILL BUGS, AND THEY'RE NICE. FRANK IS OUR GUY, THOUGH HE USUALLY JUST DOES TERMITE CHECKS. HE KNOWS HIS WAY AROUND, KNOWS OUR PETS, AND KNOWS HIS BUSINESS. IF WE SEE A SINGLE BUG, EVEN ONE THAT IS ALREADY DEAD, WE CALL -- AND HE COMES OVER TO LAY DOWN A GRANULAR SUBSTANCE OUTSIDE AND A SPRAY ALONG AREAS INSIDE. WE HAD A DEAD TREE AND A DECORATIVE FISH POND WITHIN A FEW FEET OF THE HOUSE, AND IVEY'S FOUGHT BACK ALL THE BUGS COMING AT US FROM THERE. SEVERAL FRIENDS OF MINE USE THEM, AND WE ALL AGREE, HIRE THEM. THEY KILL BUGS.

WE HAVE HAD VERY GOOD RESULTS FROM IVEY EXTERMINATING. WE FOUND THEIR PRICING TO BE MORE REASONABLE THAN SOME OF THEIR LARGER COMPETITORS. THEY HAVE BEEN VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN WE HAVE ANY ISSUES.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. THEY WERE THERE ON TIME (A FEW MINUTES EARLY), PERFORMED THE JOB QUICKLY, AND WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL.

I WAS APPREHENSIVE WITH USING IVEY BECAUSE OF THE ISSUE OF BILLING BEFORE WORK IS DONE AND BECAUSE OF A MEMBERS COMMENT ABOUT THEM NOT COMING OUT AFTER BEING PAID. MARTY IVEY, HIMSELF CAME OUT TO PERFORM MY INSPECTION AND WAS ACTUALLY A COUPLE OF MINUTES EARLIER THAN EXPECTED. HE SAID THE JOB WOULD TAKE 30 MINUTES AND HE WAS RIGHT ON - ACTUALLY TOOK 31, BUT I STOPPED HIM TO ASK QUESTIONS. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE DID, OFFERED TO COME BACK NEXT SUMMER TO CHECK THINGS AND MAKE SURE THAT THE A/C SYSTEM RUNNING DID NOT CAUSE MOISTURE UNDER THE HOUSE. MARTY ALSO OFFERED SOME HELPFUL ADVICE ON MAINTENANCE FOR CRAWLSPACE VENTS THAT NEEDED TO BE OILED. I FOUND THE INSPECTION ITSELF TO BE QUITE HELPFUL. I FEEL COMFORTABLE RECOMMENDING IVEY TO ANYONE, ONCE PAST THE POTENTIAL PAYMENT ISSUE (COULD HAVE BEEN A ONE TIME EVENT WITH THE OTHER MEMBER), THEY WERE EVERY BIT AS HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE AS ANOTHER CO. I USED TO DO A BACK UP INSPECTION.

USED FOR TERMITE INSPECTION: CREDIBLE, RELIABLE, REPUTABLE. HE IS VERY PUNCTUAL.
