Description of Work: Integrity put in a French drain for us. We were quoted $1500. We were told they would be here at 8 AM to begin work. They did not come until 10 AM. I called and the wife of the gentleman said he should not have told us 8 AM and they he is bad at estimating times. Said he was out buying supplies. When they arrived, they had no supplies. The owner dropped off one gentlemen to hand dig the 50+ foot ditch. The shovel he had was inadequate. I loaned him ours. The owner went and bought the stone and piping needed and then left to find another shovel. They used our wheelbarrow. One of the gentleman asked where we wanted the leftover dirt and I showed him. The owner then charged us another $250 for moving the dirt. That should not have happened. Mistake number one - no formal quote price. Mistake number two - owner did not arrive on time and had no equipment. When they did the aeration of our yard, they arrived on time. I was impressed. I was not impressed with the work provided to us on the French drain. This year my husband had to reseat the drain because it had fallen into the hole dug by the company. Very impressed with the man who dug the entire drain by hand. Not at all impressed with the owner. Will not use them again. When I called about the seeding of the aeration where I was promised a beautiful back yard and showed the owner the terrible estate of our yard, he then tells me I need other things to fix it. Just unprofessional.
