Integrity's employees were reliable and professional, and the HVAC system is operating without any additional mold problems. They cleaned and replaced the exhaust duct on our clothes dryer at no additional cost. We recommend Integrity highly for HVAC system projects.

Felicia (tech) arrived on time, she was knowledgeable and answered all questions thoroughly. Felicia updated me on any future repairs to keep an eye out for and when she was finished with all her check points, everything was back to they way she found it. Even made sure that she set my next maintenance service date.

The ductwork was design and install incorrectly about 12 years ago. It had a lot of air leaks. Integrity found the problem with the old system and suggested it be replaced. The work Integrity did was flawless and completed in one day. The work was professionally done, and I have been able to reduce the temperature 2 degrees on the thermostat. We are planning a few more addition to the HVAC system and I will be calling Integrity Heating & Cooling to perform those jobs.

Great experience. They were extremely professional and did quality work. Ran into a problem a few months after the install of the new unit and they responded quickly and fixed the problem at no cost. Most companies would probably not have even called us back, but they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Highly recommended!!!

Felicia was prompt, she is very personable and explains things clearly. I am impresses with you how thorough she is.

These guys did a great job. The lead tech showed me that my main trunk line was installed improperly by the contractor that built the house 20 years ago. He did a analysis of the air flow coming out of the vents upstairs and found that they were only at 40% of their capacity. They changed out the main trunk line and put in a all steel one with a larger elbow, instead of a 90 degree right turn uphill on a square duct. They changed out all of the old flex and insulated everything. The air flow is now at 88% on the furthest duct. Huge difference.

So far his repair seems to be holding up. The only concern was that he was held up with earlier repairs and was not able to get to us within the 1-4pm time frame (he arrived after 5pm). Once he arrived everything went smoothly.

Integrity is fantastic at scheduling appointments that work with your schedule. We have had their service program for several years now and have been extremely happy with them. This time, because of business, I had to reschedule the appointment twice and they graciously accommodated me each time. They also give you a call a few days before the visit to confirm the appointment and the day of the visit I got an email confirmation saying that the technician was on her way, including her name and her picture. Fantastic ...two extra points for security! By the way, I was particularly impressed that our technician was a woman. Their men have all been terrific too, but it's nice to see a woman in the business and a progressive company hiring her. The appointment was right on schedule. The technician was very thorough as well as clean and organized. She wrote down everything that was done during the servicing and some recommendations for what might be necessary in the future. As I mentioned, a part needed replacing and she took care of that on the spot. She even showed me how to clean the outdoor units so that they would last longer, and how to keep the tall grass away from the units so the air being drawn is is cleaner. Excellent advice for those of us with allergies! Before she left she gave me a detailed, written report clearly describing the service and everything we had discussed ...and I could read her handwriting perfectly ...yay!!! I have actually had the pleasure of meeting the owners of Integrity Heating and Cooling and they are really wonderful people who are obviously dedicated to running a great company. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend them!

We have our systems inspected twice a year and each time we have been fortunate to have Felicia Scott do the work. No one has ever spent as much time and effort in our attic and under our house, making detailed notes in her report, and making recommendations (with no pressure) for extra features such as a power surge protector. Consider yourselves lucky if Felicia appears on your doorstep!

They are really reliable. They did a fantastic job. They calculated the load and installed a lower unit. They recommended a smaller size which was cheaper and I thought was pretty cool that they would offer us that. They said it would be more efficient. Their questionnaire took into consideration more than just the heating and cooling but they asked a lot of questions about other thing like we had a couple of dogs and I have severe allergies. They recommended this air purifier to put on the whole system. It has changed my house greatly. It was one of those things that I wouldn't have known about if they hadn't told me. They came back several times to make tweaks so they were just very thorough. They are not the cheapest. Their serviceman even worked in the rain. They gave me flowers when they were done because my mom had died. They just were fantastic.

Arrived on time and checked heater first. Advised of gas leak on water heater. Allowed to fix (even though we had not detected any gas smell). Checked outside air conditioning unit and advised of several parts needing to be replaced - totalling over $500. We chose not to have air conditioning parts replaced at this time. Had to have Natural Gas company come and check meter outside per service man's inspection. After Natural Gas came, we did not have any hot water. Called Integrity to advise service man had replaced a part on water heater and now no hot water. They said they would come back out but would charge us for a service call. We then called Natural Gas and they came out and fixed the problem.

The office staff (Randi) was professional and courteous. She wasn't certain they would be able to send anyone out same day, but ended up having a technician (Ron) at my house within about an hour and a half of my call. Since my problem was a furnace issue and the lower floor of our house was getting colder with <30 degree outside temps, this prompt response was helpful and appreciated. Ron was courteous and professional. I appreciate that he wore shoe covers to protect my home and carpet. (Perhaps I should buy some for my kids!) The assessment and work to be performed was completed in our (cold) attic. No insulation was left on the carpet, no indication remained of anyone having been up there. Ron spent 30 - 45 minutes or so diagnosing our issue and making notes about necessary repairs before checking in with me to explain our options. My husband (who I contacted by phone) and I decided to go with a year's maintenance plan ($480 for two furnaces/air conditioning units) which covered the cost of cleaning the flame sensor. We will also get a pretty comprehensive inspection of both our heating and air conditioning units under this plan. A separate date for the full heating inspection/maintenance visit was set (the cooling system will be done in the summer). Participation in a maintenance program also gives the homeowner a 10% discount on repair services. (The $212 I paid today includes today's blower motor adjustment, the diagnostic charge, a small environmental fee, and the first month's annual maintenance plan payment.) Ron also identified an air leak where the return duct connects to the furnace, but my husband and I elected to take care of that ourselves. The information we were given was helpful in our decision making as to which services to select or decline. I felt the maintenance plan was offered and encouraged as a good option, but I didn't feel pushed or pressured into it. This is significant to me, as I appreciate being educated and apprised of my options and the rationale behind them, but detest being pressured into maintenance or insurance plans that seem to benefit the seller more than the purchaser. Along with this, my husband and I scheduled a planning session to discuss possible modifications to our first floor duct work, which Ron explained was less than adequate for our home. Again, we felt comfortable doing this because it was presented professionally as a no-cost, no obligation option. Overall, I am very satisfied with today's experience with Integrity Heating & Cooling.

Unknown to us the builder of our house did an awful job with the a/c and heating duct work and humidifier.....we only realized this after we had moved in. Those first couple of years we called the a/c people many many times, they came but they never really corrected anything ,then suddenly they were out of business and still left us with some rooms receiving hardly any heating or cooling at all and it was quite uncomfortable..... When we hired Integrity Heating and Cooling, they were very informative and explained our options....so we decided to replace the ductwork and the humidifier......Andy, Ian and Eric arrived at 8.00am in the morning and worked really hard all day. Andy explained what had to be done. It was a lot of work. They took out all the old ductwork and the old humidifier, which Andy found was harboring mold, and relpaced it all.... They knew what they were doing and did a great job and NO MESS.....We hardly knew they were here. All three young men were so very nice, In fact everyone we have spoken to at Integrity is very nice, and best of all we have heating and a/c in all the rooms now...it's wonderful.

The company called ahead to remind/confirm the appointment. I also received a call that the service person was on the way. Erica came out and was obviously knowledgeable and very professional. She explained her findings. She was friendly and polite, as is everyone I have spoken with at this company. Very pleased. I really do not know how the price for the annual maintenance compares with other companies.

Daniel, was very personable and polite, in addition to giving my heater a check up. He also replaced a filter, checked my attic insulation and covered my attic fan with a quilt to prevent heat loss. He performed his tasks in a very timely fashion and his advise was solid.

Felicia was very through and explained problems found. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. Felicia likes her job and it shows! We were very pleased with service.

They are a company that bought out our previous service provider. I was satisfied with the level of service and with the service person that came.

They did a wonderful job. They all came polite, on time, and professional. When they arrived they were all clean. Ian and Felicia were especially thoughtful and made sure they everything went okay. The boss brought me flowers and checked everything when everything was done. He showed me how to work the new system. They did everything on time. It was expensive but I agreed to all extras and they ran everything by me first. Everything went better than expected. I am really pleased. This is an exceptionally good system for people with allergies.

Tim, the serviceman, performed as expected, he was prompt and professional! He crawled into our crawl space and checked house unit as well as compressor outside.

From my first direct interactions with Matt at Integrity Heating and Cooling to the face-to-face contact with Felicia the technician, I was extremely impressed with the customer service provided. Matt listened to my questions and quickly scheduled a time for Felicia to come out to look at the units. Felicia was able to quickly diagnose and resolve an issue, while also doing some additional testing on the air flow to put my mind at ease. Additionally, she took a quick look at a water heater that wasn't working! (definitely above and beyond). Would definitely consider using this company again for my AC/heating needs.

This is the third time we have used Integrity. As with the first two times, prompt, courteous and professional. They are not trying to push new systems on you. They did discuss their maintenance program and from what I saw we need it.

Andy is very professional and cordial and did a fantastic job describing what work needed to be done, how to prevent a dirty unit in the future, and did all the work he indicated would need to be done to have the unit run more efficient and cooler. The air flow in our house improved dramatically and we now have cool air in each room. Fantastic service, a definite recommendation to anyone needing heating or A/C work done!

Needed to replace air conditioning units due to coil leaks. Ennis came out from Integrity and reviewed my needs and provided estimates. We communicated a few more times to obtain estimates on several models, which Ennis provided very quickly. I also got a second estimate to compare prices. After several weeks and another failure on my upstairs unit I decided to do the replacements. I chose Integrity even thogh they were not the lower estimate because I had had positive experience with them. I called Ennis to place my order and they were out the next day to do the installation. All the installers were extremely professional and took care to keep my house clean. The owner of Intergrity came out to help and introduce himself and thank me for choosing Integrity. The installation went perfect and was completed as promised. When they left you couldn't eventhey had been here ather than I now had functioning air conditioners. I would recommend Integrity to everyone and would certainly use them again. The only negative would be that their estimate was a little higher than the second estimate I received but it did get pretty close after they gave me a discount for being on the maintenance program with them. BTW, I chose Trane units and they are working perfectly and Integruty provides a 10 year warranty on parts and labor another reason for choosing them.
