Integrity Heating & Cooling

Just moved into our new house and the AC stopped working. Called Integrity and they quickly came out and found and fixed the problem in just a couple hours. They were very knowledgable and professional. We definitely use them again.

Daniel was very efficient and professional. He serviced heating system, changed filters, changed batteries in smoke detectors and dropped chlorine tablet in plumbers drain.

I can't say enough positive about this company. I'm 42 years old and this is the first review I've ever written. Eric was our tech and was awesome! He checked the flow of all the ducts, checked all of the capacitors, filters, and freon. He fixed several small thing he found wrong and did not charge me. They were small things, heat caulking, etc., but it was the principle. He documented the serial numbers, model numbers and left us with all kind of literature explains their service. He reassured us that they would be there if we ever had a problem and was just a great guy. You can't go wrong with this company. They will service my unit forever. Thanks!!!!!!!

A couple other items were identified, a burned contactor and the need for surge protection. I elected to have these resolved also. Again all parts were available and the work performed quickly. All contacts with the office staff and the technician (Vincent) were very positive. I'm looking forward to continuing my relationship with the firm.

They seem like a good company to work with. They were honest about what parts needed to be replaced or what could be reused. They gave me three options in upgrading. They called to follow up after the estimate and offered a no interest loan for the new unit.

It went okay. He seem pretty thorough. The technician that came out was very professional and look like he knew what he was doing. He were also on time and polite.

I scheduled them to come out at the end of the day, since my baby sleeps between noon and two. They called at 1230 and said their tech was on the way. I explained about my sleeping baby, and they could not reschedule for the afternoon. They set me up for the next day at the same time frame but still couldn't guarantee that they could come out later in the afternoon. I ultimately called back and cancelled the service call. I will have to find a provider who can schedule better.

We have been searching for a good, honest, and reliable heating and A/C repair service. We believe we have finally found what we have been looking for. Eric did an awesome job. He was knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond what he needed to do. We will definitely use Integrity Heating and Air again.

I've worked with Suzie for scheduling and Daniel has been my technician. The work has been done over 2 visits. They have both been excellent to work with. I purchased a home with 3 Trane systems, which had not recently been maintained. Daniel did everything from cleaning and leveling the outside units, to figuring out and repairing a leak on an interior coil, to moving and upgrading drain lines. The units are all back to full operation and working well. I will now hopefully get another 7 years out of them before they need to be replaced. Both Suzie and Daniel are very knowledgeable about the services they provide and the provider is reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Eric did a great job checking in both of our a/c units which were not functioning. He quickly determined that the issue was with power to the units, called me promptly to ask for help locating breakers for these units, found/reset the breakers to get the units running, did a complete assessment of each unit and level of coolant, promptly called back to give all findings and recommendations - including recommending we get on the annual maintenance plan to save us considerable costs in doing so. Getting us back up and running so quickly and informing us that the breaker may be weak or going out also rang true as it did the next day. Luckily from Eric's recommendation for Saye Electric, I was able to roll them in and get the breaker replaced that same day and we're cooling wonderfully now. They also did a great job on all aspects, an additional benefit from Eric in our now having a great electrician services company. I appreciate how cordial, comprehensive, and customer focused Integrity was - they really take that word in their name seriously in all they do. Looking forward to having our heating and air services with these capable folks indefinitely and highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

They were great. They were very thorough. They did what they were support to do. They also stuck to the quote they quoted me.

Provider was excellent and on time. Most impressed with professionalism and explanation of the work I needed on the units. Technician was not pushy about getting repairs or trying to upsell unneeded products. I feel that I was being given an honest assessment of my system needs. You can feel very comfortable with this company.

I called on a Saturday and Ian Davis came out to assess the situation on that day. They came back the following Monday to give us our options. Tuesday they installed the system. They were extremely punctual, highly professional, knowledgable, and patient with our questions. I highly recommend them and would not even look for anyone else.
