Ian has been servicing our HVAC for several years, and I was happy to see him when he arrived to install our new system. I feel comfortable with him because I've known him for a while. Called before arrival and arrived on time. Daniel quickly investigated and diagnosed the problem being a condensate pump. We discussed and he had one on his truck. It was replaced and he was gone within an hour. Daniel does a terrific job! He is courteous and professional. Very good experience.
Description of Work: Downstairs AC suddenly stopped working on Sunday afternoon during 100 degree days. Called Integrity on Monday morning. Made an appointment for Monday afternoon.

The guy also navigated into the attic. Been maneuvering the ceiling fan, and moving our 4 post bed, he had to get a step ladder to haul himself up into the attic. He was so nice about it. It was quiet a maneuver to get up there with the bed in the way. His sense of humor prevailed. WE had a few laughs about it. We signed up for one of their packages. We are happy to be on their list, so if we have an emergency they'll be ones to respond. I would recommend them to fiends and family members.

Got a call saying the tech was on his way and showed up 15 minutes later. As usual the service was awesome. I've been dealing with Integrity for quite a few years now and have had a few different technicians come to my house over the years. All of them did a great job. No complaints at all. I do have to say Daniel is the guy that usually comes to do my regular service and is really quite an asset to the company.

unit was down , they came and inspected. found faulty transformer. gave us a reasonable quote. came back and installed it. then found the defrost control board was bad, quoted, then returned to install. Unit is now running great !

First off, I've been a customer of this company for many years. They have solved many problems and have kept my system in good order. Thank you! Great job. Their techs are hit or miss. This last time it was a miss. When a tech tells a customer that he has to set his timer for 42 minutes it felt like he was told that he has 42 minutes to complete a service check (true or not, that was the perception). Actually pulled out his iPhone and said right in front of me... "OK, setting me timer for 42 minutes.... here I go." I pay extra for steam humidifier service/cleaning and was told they only do this in the fall. OK, so it sits dirty from use all winter and doesn't get cleaned until the fall? I asked the tech to kindly clean it and he had the typical response... "I'll have to call the office" In the end he did nothing... Unit was left on and blinking for empty and needing service. Was told a few days later by a phone rep who called me to check (to see if I wanted to spend $ on their preventive recommendations) on me that they would call me back about it. Never happened. Come on people, we are talking about taking the bucket off and brushing off the element. Lazy, lazy, lazy for the money I pay. During my fall visit last year, they identified after all these years a programing problem on my wall thermostat. They offered to fix it for me at a cost of $143 to program (punch a few buttons) a new code so the emergency heat would work. I had to beg for them to do it without being charged (that's why I pay an annual service fee). I actually had the manual in my hand I offered him which had the codes in it. It was quite comical as the process actually took less than 5 minutes once they agreed to do it. Here is what frustrates me about this company... which questions why I still use them: 1. Lifeless on-site customer service... Everything is by the book. A tech always has to call the office when you ask a question. What ever happened to "Yes Mr. Customer I would be happy to take care of that for you." (Please within reason actually help your customers). 2. They care more about the up-sell/add-on than what you actually paid for. They provide good preventative recommendations at a cost, but always prior to telling me how my system looks or checked out which is what I actually paid for. 3. They are all about the money, money, money.... Rate card baby, what "the book" says. I have tried for years to really like this company thinking "You get what you pay for".... I'll pay more and get more, but that is clearly not the case with this company anymore. Too uptight and not friendly at all. Sorry to say it, but being a customer for probably 7-8 years I know how they work. If you want to overpay for piece of mind, go ahead, you will probably do ok with them, but you will deal with a robot of a company when it comes to on-site customer service, pricing and the basics you are seeking as a long standing customer.
Description of Work: Spring service check up performed on both upstairs and downstairs systems. We have an annual contract that covers both spring and fall check ups.

Its seems that between new technicians and some missteps on the part of the office we have inadvertently alienated a good client. One who for the last 6 years has been loyal to us when he needed service. I looked back across the service visits and requests you have submitted and noted that from the first time you called us back in 2010, humidity has been a bid deal for you - especially in the master bedroom. In fact, the humidifier was a reoccurring theme throughout your services. We will gladly service the device with each visit at no additional charge if that will give you more peace of mind on this issue. In regards to the issue of the techs timing themselves, this isn't meant to make you feel rushed, its meant not to waste YOUR time. The technician was simply being observant of one of the many things he is graded on, timeliness of service is very much a part of that. I apologize if this was taken as being cold or unfriendly. Many of our technicians are prior-military vets who enjoy the structured world of service. But at no time do we want you to feel that we don't care, or that its all about the rate cards and dollars. We simply aren't that type of company - our techs don't make commissions on any sells, they are graded on quality work and solid customer service. That's what we have built this company on. I made several attempts to contact you last week and did not receive a return call. Instead of negatively grading us on Angie's List or BBB, please contact me directly. I promise to listen without judging and do my very best to accommodate any issues you have. CPP customers are like family to us - we want you to feel like you you have a voice and can be heard when there's an issue. I look forward to speaking with you!

I called to have someone come out on a Saturday morning to check my dad's furnace after we turned on the heat and noticed a strange odor. Was worried about the condition of the furnace as I wasn't sure if it had been serviced in recent years and thought there might be something in the duct work causing the smell. Integrity responded quickly to my call and had someone out within three hours. The representative, Ian, was very kind and professional. He was patient as my dad wanted to "help" and I think he had a genuine smile from the moment we greeted him at the door until the time he left. It was evident he loved his work. He was very detail-oriented and explained every step of the inspection to me, showed me the interior parts of the furnace he was viewing with a camera, and told me what he was looking for. It turns out the furnace was in very good working order for its age and I was relieved. Ian found a small hole in the duct work in the crawlspace of the house and also made a recommendation re: slight alterations to the duct work that might help with keeping odors from the basement from circulating upstairs but told me he would consult with his manager to confirm if it was something that could be safely done and that Integrity could come back out for a planning session at no charge to discuss the additional work. He also explained why carbon monoxide detectors are needed and verified that ours was functioning properly. I was completely satisfied with the service and plan to hire them to do seasonal maintenance on our heating and A/C equipment going forward. I liked that both the representative who took my call, the representative who followed up to confirm the services needed and the appointment time, and the person who performed the work were all respectful, professional, positive, and low-key/no pressure or hype. I would recommend this company and will use them again.

This company has always been incredibly dependable and professional. We began using them because they purchased a company that purchased a company who installed our last system 15 years ago. Since then, they have done maintenance and service calls on our aging system. Now, it was time to replace everything when the AC compressor died. They came out in a timely fashion, exhausted all options, and quickly scheduled the estimator for a consultation. We talked to other vendors. Some offered slightly lower price, but not necessarily dependable quality/servicing availability and had no access to financing. (Who has $7,000 - $9,000 laying around?) They offered a great 0% financing deal for an upgraded system that turns out to be nearly the same price as all other quotes. When they arrived to do the work, they were friendly, thoughtful and professional. They treated our home with care and took care to communicate status updates consistently. Once everything was installed (in exactly the time quoted, with all workers arriving on time) they send a separate person out who double checked every single thing -- wire, connection, tube, pipe -- etc. to ensure there are no errors or safety issues. They left a lovely plant and a shopping bag for the home (not necessary, but a nice touch) and were 100% professional throughout the process. We are very pleased.

The job was planned for the morning and the crew arrived at 7:45am and got to work right away. The guys from Integrity Daniel, Tom and Tomas, were very professional and provided a suggestion of placing another air return to the back of the house to increase air flow. This has helped tremendously. The owner of Integrity Kent Lowe even came by to check on the progress and wanted to know if we had any concerns. I appreciated that they were patient with our dogs and cleaned up after themselves. We did n't have to worry about any boxes or equipment to discard. My only concern has been that their quality assurance person was supposed to come by a few days after the job, but never did. However, since this was just installed and it has been a vacation week for many, I need to give them a call.
Description of Work: Our HVAC system was 16 years old, inefficient, and only providing 8 SEER of power though out the house. The new Trane system is much more efficient, quieter and provides consistent cooling at 72 degrees on the hottest of days.

I called their number and immediately got a person on the line. When I explained that my system was down and that I have a service plan with them, she made sure to get someone there that day. I got an e-mail and phone call that he was on his way. He was couteous and didn't mind my barky dog. He wore booties in the house and had a very clean, professional appearance. The problem ended up being some bad wires in the HVAC unit. Overall, very impressed.

Well, we have been customers of Integrity for three to four years now. They routinely check and prepare our systems for the Spring and Summer vs. Fall and Winter. I am partial to Tim who is our maintainence guy and always does an incredible job. He is trustworthy and honest. Enis is the sales guy who gives you a quote for any job or project. You never feel like he is selling anything, it is about educating his customers and gives you many options to choose from. He is very nice and easy to do business with. The main install guy and his assistants were nice, clean and very professional. We are very happy with this company and highly recommend them. BTW, the owners are always accessible and are on top of their business.

One of our systems stopped blowing cold air on a Saturday. Since the bedroom floor unit was still working we decided to wait until Monday to call. Called Monday morning. Person who answered was very pleasant and they scheduled me for next day . Technician arrived on time as scheduled and evaluated the system and informed us that it was down pretty significantly. Since the system was 8 years old, and we were not sure when, if ever, the system was topped off last, he recommended refilling and then checking in a month or so to determine if there was a leak in the system. The other option was to perform a leak seach that was quoted as an additional $215. We decided to go with his recommendation and so far the system has performed well the rest of the summer. We will have the systems rechecked next spring. Overall the quality of service was good. Prices were a bit high, but they told me they don't try to be the lowest price provider, but rather deliver high level of service.
Description of Work: Evaluated system and eventually recharged system with 3 lbs of R-22. We were not covered under a service contract.
