I was very pleased with how professional all the personnel have been at Integrity Air Conditioning and Heating. When I call with a problem it is handled promptly by the phone service and by the scheduling person. I have a maintenance contract with them so that the fall heating is checked on and the spring AC is serviced. Lucky for me I decided to have it replaced with a better system.

The crew arrived on time and was extremely professional. Andrew was the team lead. They took all measures to ensure my home was protected ( drop cloths to protect the floors and staircases, etc.) during the removal and installtion process. Checked in periodically to see if I had any questions Explained their process Very Knowledgeable -- Answered all the questions I had. Upon completion showed me what they did Reviewed the bill in detail Explained next steps in the process I was extremely pleased

Integrity Heating and Cooling (Kent and his technicians) have been servicing my HVAC system for the past 6 years, and I have always been very satisfied with their semi-annual maintenance protocol which is very through. The Integrity name is appropriate for any of the technicians that have serviced my HVAC system.Prior to using Integrity Heating and Cooling, I had less than satisfactory experiences with 2 of the other larger HVAC service providers in the Charlotte area. I will not name them, but if you hear their commercials on the radio in the Charlotte area, or see them on TV - it is probably them.

Everything went well no complaints at all. All the people at Integrity are helpful and so pleasant to speak to...From the receptionists that answer the phone, to the guys that come to your house, and to the owner....they are all very informed and experienced professionals and they Care........THE BEST.

The A/C in my rental property stopped cooling during a hot stretch in June. Called several service companies- they were the first that could come out the next day. Service person arrived on time, determined the problem ( if i recall correctly, it was a problem with the coil that caused the system to discharge). They fixed the problem, recharged the system and cleaned the coil. Done quickly and at a reasonable cost, considering I was anticipating it being a more serious problem.

They identified the problem and created a solution that worked. I have used them several times. Great people, but higher costs than most.

They came to be my number one company but I have a warranty program on the air conditioning system. The people that came out from the warranty program made the repairs. The quote that I got from Integrity was very good. They were very professional. When I do make the change over, they probably would be the people I would go with.

The technician indicated the problems and asked if I wanted them fixed. I indicated that I had a "home warranty" and it should be covered by that service. They were fine with that and provided a detail of the the problems to be addressed. I have been very satisfied with their complete system analysis.

I call the company I had a service contract with (Friends Heating and Cooling - who had also installed my downstairs unit) to schedule an appointment to have them service my units. Shocked, they were out of business but the line rolled over to Intergrity. We left a message over the weekend and received a call first thing Monday morning. Chene explained how they were honoring the contracts from the old Company. She had me fax information and she pulled our files from the previous company to see what needed to be done. She told me about the company Integrity and schedule an appointment for the next day for Maintance at no additional cost. Whew! What a relief they would honor this at no additional cost to me. The service techs were great. Vans were well displayed with their info so I knew who they were. Andy introduced himself and explained what he needed to do. He had another guy join him a few minutes later and they both worked quickly and were very, very informative of the process and the needs of the units. They made recommendations of things to keep the units working for a long time. They did warrenty work while here with permission from Carrier. They showed me before and after service and were detailed in explaination of anything that will need to be addressed in the near future. They worked for 3-4 hours - really working. i was prepared because the office person told me. They said less time than that as a consumer, I should be concerned. The left me with the information for their service contracts. I wanted discuss with my husband before i did that again. They did not pressure me but gave me the information and encouraged me to make sure I do have service done regularly with a reputable dealer. I was very impressed.

It went very well. They were on time and professional.
