Innovative LLC.

Jacob was completely professional and was able to provide solutions to problems and alternate techniques that helped the job to a very satisfactory end. He was able to do SO many things that we did not even consider possible. It turned out great.

Jacob and his team did a great job with our renovations. We were working on a limited budget and he was able to provide multiple options for us to choose the renovations that were important to us within budget. He was very detailed & thoughtful when it came to layout, design, answering questions, etc. This is the second time I have used Jacob. He put a new roof and windows on my first home. I will defiantly consider Innovative LLC for future projects.

We had seen several of Innovative's signs around our neighborhood. We heard nothing but good things from their other customers. We had another company come out and give us an estimate. Innovative offered us a better deal and seemed more knowledgable about roofs and home improvement in general. They recommended we change our sheathing due to its condition. They were very thorough and explained every step of the process. Jake (the owner) helped us in the selection of our shingles and we are very happy with how it looks. My father who is a liscensed contractor climbed on the roof and was very impressed with Innovative's attention to detail. We highly recommend this company. The owner is very involved and sees a project all the way through.

I contacted Jacob Gregory at Innovative LLC. via email on 8/18/11. His reply was prompt, and I met with him to discuss an estimate for a $25-$40k, multi-task, home rennovation project the next day. I was told to expect an estimate within a week. I never heard back, and therefore sent an email to him on 9/13/11, nearly a month later. My email explained that I had not heard back, and therefore was planning to go with another company. He again replied promptly via email, apologized for the oversight, and said he would send along the estimate anyhow. I NEVER heard back. If a company is professionally this poor before even starting a job, then I'm certainly glad I went with someone else (an A-rated Angie's List company!!)
