THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT.
Description of Work: INSTALLED 1300 SQ FT OF SOLID HARDWOOD OAK, NATURAL, AND FINISH IT IN THE SAME COLOR OF THE 14 YEARS OLD WOOD IN THE OTHER ROOMS. DID IT IN THE PROMISED TIME AND QUALITY. IT WAS, ALSO THE BEST OF 3 ESTIMATES. THEY POLISHED THE OLD WOOD FLOOR WITHOUT CHARGE. WORK DONE JULY 22/28.

Description of Work: WAS AT WRONG ADDRESS FOR FIRST QUOTE, YET SWORE HE WAS AT MY HOME. SECOND TIME, I FIGURED OUT WHERE HE REALLY WAS AND GOT HIM TO CORRECT ADDRESS. THE QUOTE HE GAVE WAS OK OVERALL BUT HIGH ON PRICE TO REMOVE CARPET. AFTER WE HAD MOVED ALL FURNITURE FROM ROOM FOR SCHEDULED WORK ON OCT. 7, HE CALLED LATER THAT MORNING TO SAY HE HADN''T BEEN ABLE TO FIND A MATCHING COLOR, AND IF HE ORDERED THE CLOSEST MATCH, WE WOULD STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT, EVEN IF WE DIDN''T LIKE IT. OBVIOUSLY, WE COULD NOT ACCEPT THAT.
