+ 0 moreWe had the best experience with Hummingbird Home Renovations for the conversion of our garage to a family room. I’ve always heard how stressful remodeling a home can be, but they made it very simple and painless. Dennis was always on top of everything and had amazing communication so we never felt like we didn’t know what was going on. Everyone he has working for him did a fantastic job and are all very nice and easy to work with. The final project turned out better than we ever imagined. You cannot tell that our new family room was once a garage and it is so beautiful. We have had several neighbors we had never met drop by to tell us how nice it looks and request the contact information for our contractor. I would not hesitate to recommend Hummingbird Home Renovations for any project you have planned. I know we will be going back to them anytime we need something done for our house!

+ 0 moreHummingbird's workmanship and attention to detail were excellent, and the work site was always meticulously cleaned up at the end of the day. Dennis and his team were personable and easy to work with in everything from the initial evaluation and estimate to the project completion. Dennis was always able to accommodate any special requests we had and made helpful suggestions on aspects of the renovation we hadn't considered. We were extremely happy with our end result, and with the whole experience. I highly recommend Hummingbird to any and everyone.

Description of Work: A host of items to prepare our house to sell: point-up brick walkway, interior painting, repairing cracked plaster on walls, recaulking molding, bannister repair, etc.
