Our fleet is equipped with GPS navigation and tracking to ensure prompt and efficient service, while our installation vehicles are fully self-sufficient, prioritizing your privacy as a home or business owner. At our core, we take pride in our meticulous attention to detail. Our skilled technicians leverage mobile technology to swiftly and effectively process work orders and client information. I reviewed your history and did see the maintenance visit was scheduled on a call-to-meet basis (only our first morning appointments are guaranteed times). We certainly understand the frustration with waiting long periods of time for service, but at times unforeseen calls and/or complications arise on appointments; or priority clients move up the list and delays occur on the schedule. Once we determined your call would not be completed, our team contacted you and rescheduled your call to an 8:00 appointment and then completed a high-quality service based on the Big Deal tune-up terms and conditions.
