Description of Work: I CALLED FOR SERVICE ON FRIDAY, THE REPRESENTATIVE CALLED BACK AND SAID HE COULDN''T MAKE IT UNTIL LATE IN THE DAY AND I WOULD BE CHARGED AN EMERGENCY FEE OF $116 AN HOUR. SO I SAID I WOULD WAIT UNTIL MONDAY. ON MONDAY, THE SCHEDULER SAID THAT THEY COULD NOT SEND ANYONE OUT UNTIL TUESDAY AND WOULDN''T EVEN GIVE ME A TIME OF DAY SO THAT I COULD ARRANGE MY WORK SCHEDULE.

Description of Work: THE TECHNICIAN DID A GOOD JOB ONCE HE GOT HERE....BUT WE WENT THROUGH THREE DAYS OF THE TECHNICIAN SUPPOSED TO SHOW UP AND THEN WE HAD TO CALL AND RECALL MANY TIMES TO SEE WHEN THE TECHNICIAN WAS COMING. THERE WAS NO COMMENT EVER BY THE COMPANY THAT THEY FELT THERE WAS ANY PROBLEM ON THEIR END. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IN OUR OPINION. CANNOT BELIEVE THAT THEY WERE RATED SO HIGH WERE SUPPOSED TO SHOW UP FOR TWO DAYS AND FINALLY SHOWED UP ON THE THIRD.....WE HAD TO ARRANGE FOR SOMEONE TO BE THERE FOR 3 DAYS - NO EXCUSE. WE WON''T USE THEM AGAIN EVER.
