We were impressed from the beginning of the estimate process by Brett Taylor's thorough attention to detail. Although his price was slightly higher than the other two estimates, it was evident that there would not be "surprises" later on. Allowances were realistic and virtually everything imaginable was included. Work was begun on time and actually ran ahead of schedule the first month. We lived and worked in the house through the entire renovation, and Brett scheduled all of the work in consideration of our schedule and need for quiet times during each week. Demolition (down to the studs) included recycling usable fixtures and appliances through Habitat for Humanity Restore. Every vendor, subcontractor, employee and service person used on this job spoke highly of Brett Taylor. Even the county building inspectors speak well of his team. He uses quality tradespeople who work well together and take pride in doing a great job. Brett kept after the one rough area until it was done to our satisfaction. The end result is the kitchen beyond our dreams and within our budget.

The experience was great. I didn't grade the price because I didn't really shop around with other contractors. I would highly recommend them.
