Description of Work: REPLACED BROKEN LIGHT FIXTURE, SWAPPED OUT DINING ROOM LIGHT FIXTURE, REPAIRED WATER STAINS IN CORNER OF WALL AND CEILING, REPAIRED HOLE IN THE CEILING, REPLACED BROKEN SMOKE DETECTOR (THEY BOUGHT THE REPLACEMENT SMOKE DETECTOR AND THE PRICE QUOTED ABOVE REFLECTS THE COST OF THE NEW DETECTOR AS WELL AS THE WORK DONE), REMOVED DEAD TREE (SMALL TREE), DUG UP AND POTTED A SMALL MEMORY TREE.
