+ -1 moreI had a simple issue with my HVAC unit that was replaced recently. The first company that came out insisted on expensive fixes with no options which prompted me to try Healthy Home. Their customer service was friendly and helpful and had me set up with an appointment in minutes. On the day of my appointment, I was contacted and the technician showed up on time and provided me with multiple options at a far better price. We are not ready to replace our unit yet and the technician assured me it wasn’t necessary but I know who to call when it is. Thank you!

+ -1 moreIt was a great experience for me. I spoke to Bill and Allison before the service call. Another heating & air company had replaced my original thermostat with an "upgraded" unit. My electric bill went up and the Lennox heat pump did not keep the house comfortable. Requested that my original thermostat be re-installed but they refused to do it. I then reached out to Bill at Healthy Home who sent techs Josh and Harry to reinstall my original thermostat (not a easy or quick process) and service the unit as well. The service was top notch and better than what I ever experienced before. System works great!!!! Heat pump now works as well as it did when it was new! I also purchased their CAP PROGRAM .

Healthy home was very honest with their service and explained everything without trying to rip us off. We felt very comfortable both ties we have used this company and Kevin was second to none as a representative.

Description of Work: They serviced 2 homes for me for several years. Mostly good experience. It started to get to a point where they were cleaning working equipment, finding potential future issues and fixing them, then later things would break. Older equipment so it is likely coincidence but at the end of my dealings with them it was happening alot. My last experience was on an AC fan. They went out to inspect and said it needed replaced. They also priced out complete ac replacement. I got a second opinion. Other company came out and told me healthy home had cut fan wires and left the ac disassembled. Not saying they broke it to make it appear nonworking, just not leaving it assembled after their inspection. The 2nd company reassembled it and everything worked for a couple weeks then broke again. Same conclusion as healthy home. I had 2nd company give me ac replacement estimate. They gave much better equipment at a small amount more. They offered zero percent financing that healthy home wouldnt and their warranty was twice as long as healthy home offered. Bottom line healthy home had a good relationship with me but the other company had more to offer. Just a couple months before that healthy home replaced a furnace for me and was fantastic with getting it replaced very fast.

Healthy Home was recommended to us by another HVAC contractor for this type of work. We would definitely use Healthy Home for future HVAC needs.

Description of Work: They replaced the furnace in a rental property. Tenant contacted me that the heat was not working at 430 pm on the 18th. They were at the home by 6pm to inspect. Advised me on pricing the next morning and the furnace was replaced and working by 5pm on the 19th. Very satisfied with their professionalism and speed.

+ -1 moreI would give them the top star. They charged me for everything together, which was $6000 for the furnace and installation. My old furnace was extremely old, and this was the time it decided not to work. When I switched it on for the winter, there was no heat coming out. They are very very professional. They sit down and explain everything to you. They are so professional, I can't even say. I don't have a reason not to recommend them. I had purchased a big deal through Angie's List and that is how I found them. The quality was excellent.

Price was very good for an annual check on system and included a follow up in the fall for the heat system. Forgot actual total, was $100-150 apx for an 'annual' program on a 2-unit AC system.

When the job was done I had them seven thousand dollars and it was thirty days and they called the customer...they're just un-applicable with their product and I won't use them again.

The installation people were wonderful that they did what they said they're going to do and they offered us the ability to return the whole system. The price was pretty much in line and the service was reasonable. We were very pleased with heating and air.

Recently they have even started sending me a photo of the tech so I recognize them when they arrive. Nice touch for security. They dont try to upsell and they get the job done quickly. For the job i listed 500 for i signed up for two tune ups on one home (1 now and 1 this fall) and 1 tune up on another. They also replaced an AC part, showed my tenants how to change filters and fixed some smashed ducting.
