They came out three times and said they had to get permission from the Electric Company. They could never get anyone out here. After calling several times he sent two men our here, who were able to get someone from the city to reconnect it. The two young men were here for less than five minutes and I was charged $100.

Great. 4.5 hours later - Landscape lighting issued resolved; fan removed from hall bath was installed in powder room since it was in much better condition (they could have easily sold me a new exhaust fan). All work completed to my satisfaction.

I got a response to my initial phone call within 24 hours. After a few days of phone tag they were able to send a crew out the next day. I liked that I didn't have to wait at home. They called me 30 minutes before they would be available and I met them at my house. The problem was minor and they were able to fix it in 5 minutes.

These guys were great. They were professional, and the amount they charged was much less than other companies were estimating. This was a dirty and difficult problem that they solved quickly and completely.

Mr. Hilton visited prior to scheduling the work. His estimate was exactly the cost. His crew was wonderful. They handled everything including scheduling the inspection. In addition, they explained everything to me showing me the work and marking the new electrical breakers. Mr. Hilton came by to check the work personally. They were worth every penny.

They were particularly good about helping me box up the chandelier that was replaced.

All work went fine. The crew was very professional, they worked very quickly, kept everything neat and clean.

I was very happy with this work. Hilton sent out two people, who arrived at the scheduled time and were very pleasant and professional. They successfully installed the outdoor motion sensor light and the two outlets that were recessed into the hardwood floor in the living room. They worked very hard to find a way to get the wire to the place where we needed the cable TV outlet, but could not find a way other than to run the wire outside the house, which would not have been very attractive. Instead of just doing it that way, they scheduled two other people with different skills and tools to come out and try, and those two people (who were also very nice and very professional) managed to get it installed just the way I wanted. I'm very happy with Hilton's work on this project.

He's very good so he is a very busy. He does respond, it just takes some time.

The guys showed up on time and diligently worked. They did all work I requested and even had to go into the crawl space to do some additional work that was not clarified on the work order. They did a wonderful job, keeping the mess to a minimum. Pleasant workers. They finished on time.

Got a return call from the office within 24 hours of my initial call requesting service. Sean came at a time that was convenient for me and completed the repair in 15 minutes. He was very courteous.I will definitely use this company again if I have an electrical need.

My first call on a weekend wasn't returned. When I called again during the week, I received a call back within one half hour. The two workers arrived on time, performed the requested work and cleaned up after themselves. I was particularly impressed when they told me that work was not required.

It was a great experience from start to finish. Mr. Hilton came out himself to do the original walk around and estimate. He spent over an hour with me explaining different security lighting options, recommendations, and other safety features I should have at my house. He was a great teacher! The estimate was sent to me the next day and the office assistants were very helpful. On the day of the install, a very experienced and positive technician team of about 2-3 was sent out. They were very professional and friendly. They completed the work in less than half a day. I felt very comfortable with them. I am definitely going to continue to use Hilton Electric for all my electrical needs.

This company has provided any and all electrical work that I have had done in our home including 4 years ago a new electrical service, wiring a new 360sf master bedroom addition and a new detached garage. I would always use this company for any electrical work I have done on my home. As with any project with multiple subcontractors there are always unanticipated bumps in scheduling. Mr. Orin Hilton was always accommodating and his workers were always prompt, courteous, and cleaned up well after themselves.

Job was finished quickly and the men cleaned up after their work. They both worked on independent projects so the time was used efficiently. One small hole was left in the sheetrock near a bedroom light-switch where they had gone in to re-attach the wiring.
