Looking to spend around $800 before tax and cables (the cost of the old TV). The salesman was helpful and informative without being pushy, and looked to find what we wanted, not to "upsell." We settled on a 47" LG and so far have been very happy. Biggest concern - didn't want to spend too much on extended warranty. Pleased to find this was negotiable. Overall a very good experience. We would rather deal with a knowledgeable sales person than go to a discount or online store and not be able to ask questions. Value the sales rep.

We were remodeling a home and need to replace a 36" duel fuel, down draft range. I had looked around at many other stores, but the salesperson at HH Greg Fine Line immediately directed us to the only range on the market which met these requirements. I was also debating ripping out my over the stove microwave and replacing it with a hooded vent, but that would mean a costly additional expense as well as finding another place for the microwave. Even though I had purchased a down draft range, I wanted extra ventilation. They directed me to a very powerful GE over the range microwave and told me it was created to vent and would do a great job. I was skeptical, but went ahead and purchased it. They worked with my contractor to time the installation around the kitchen remodel. Installation was smooth and the microwave fan is even more powerful than we expected. Very pleased.

We had already decided the brand we wanted so we didn't really utilize the stores help with this choice. The size we wanted was new and not on display so our sales associate assisted with finding the right model. He recommended a simple TV stand that we really like. He recommended we purchase and HDMI cable but did not sell us one that was long enough to be used with the TV and stand. He let me know that the mall has a Time Warner cable kiosk in it so it was really easy to swap out our cable box to get HD. We are very happy with our purchase.

This was a very good experience. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable of all the features of the electric appliances. The recommendations were made on practical examples of the use on all appliances. They have competitive pricing. The installation representatives were professional, prompt, and courteous.
