Here 2 Help Maintenance and Repairs

Awful is the best way to put it. I had everything scheduled so that all his work would be complete before the new flooring and appliances would be installed/delivered. He ran so behind schedule that I was moving in while his people were still installing tile in the bathrooms. We only had use of 1 toilet on the day of move in. He splattered paint all over my brand new floors in the kitchen that he refused to take care of. He did the back splash before installing the counter tops, which meant that the bottom portion of the back splash had to be removed and he never replaced it. He said that he completed his job and it wasn't his fault that they had to remove it to install the counter tops. Let me remind you that all of this was agreed upon to complete by him in the initial agreement. Therefore, it was agreed upon that he would give me my money back for the back splash. He failed to meet me to return the money and said he put in a money transfer through Western Union. He never did and stopped answering my phone calls. He blamed Lowe's for selling him the wrong paint to paint the kitchen cabinets, which put him behind on everything else. After contacting Lowe's, the adjuster said it was just bad work. So in all, he scams people out of money and DO NOT HIRE.

It didn't start off good. The windows showed up on time but the guy doing the installation showed up hours later due to truck issues which I understand. When the guy did arrive him & Will got into an argument about how the work was going to be done. Red Flag, we discussed and I understood Will issue with his helper. Will had to hire some other guys to do the work, they installed the windows no problem expect some issues on the exterior. They didn't build the windows out properly from what the siding installer told me. Windows in within time frame minor some issues moving forward. Will stated he needed money up front for the cost of the siding. Fine no problem I gave him the money for the cost to cover my entire house. The guys show up its hot they working hard for the first week or so, then I don't see them anymore. I'm looking around for my siding there is no siding in the front yard or the side of the house or back of the yard. I call Will and he is telling me "Oh they should be there! I'm like no they aren't! Let me make a phone call. I didn't hear from him for several days, come to find out Will pulled them to do another job. He apologized later and the guys came back to work. It was things I didn't like and pointed out & wanted corrected. Will stated no problem we will take care of it. I asked him about where is the all the siding I ordered, he stated that its paid for all I have to do is send the guys up to get it, & that its under his name. That was a lie!!! Will was paying or the siding little by little from what his employees told me. I could go on and on but this was a disaster from the jump and I wish I would have told him after the windows were installed I'm going to go with someone else. He never showed up on time, the guys that worked for him did unless he pulled them for different projects. This 4 to 5 day project for siding turned into a 3 month project and they didn't finish the job. The bad part I fail for his bs & paid him as the project went along thinking he was paying his guys for the work. His employees never saw the money. I wouldn't recommend this company for siding or window work!

Overall, satisfied with work and price. Was at my house within three hours of contacting him. Will's partner performed all of the work on a hot day and was very nice. Arrived on-time, but Will eventually left to check on another job while the work was being performed and did not return for several hours, leaving his partner waiting for quite some time.

I spoke with Will on July 31st, agreed on a price, date and time (8AM on August 1st) to do some furniture assembly and a few other things in my new apartment. When he hadn't shown up after a half hour's wait, I called back the number he had returned my original phone call on, but I only got his voicemail. I called back again an hour after he was supposed to show up (9AM) and this time I left a message reminding him of our appointment, along with my number to call back (assuming maybe something had happened to him or that he had lost or miswrote either my number and/or address). He never showed up at all for our appointment, nor did he ever call me back. I still have no explanation to this day. I therefore do not recommend this business to anyone. In two words: unreliable and unprofessional. Even if something had happened to him, or information was mis-taken, he should have called back within at least a few days. The only valid excuse would be if he were in the hospital for some reason and still couldn't call to explain why he never showed up.
