I would definitely recommend Hector & Sons! They were professional and took great care with moving our belongings. They worked very hard the entire time, from start to finish. Competitive pricing and hard working - exactly what you want from a moving company! We hired Hector & Sons for two recent moves. In July, we moved from a 2 story, 4 bedroom home into a 1 bedroom apartment + extra large storage unit. We had all boxes packed and furniture disassembled ahead of time and it took about 4 1/2 hours. We moved again in December from the 1 bedroom apartment + extra large storage unit into a 2 story, 4 bedroom home. This again took about 4 1/2 hours. Distance between starting location and destination was only about 5 miles so longer distance moves will obviously take more time. They charged $120 per hour for 3 movers and 1 truck. (I like that they also provide this pricing information on their website.) They also charged a $40 gas fee, which I imagine will vary depending on the starting location and final destination. We paid $640 + tip.

I cannot praise Hector & Co. enough, everything went very smoothly. I initially hired another local company that never showed up. Hector & Co. was able to help me that same day at a better rate. They crew showed as promised and was very professional during the entire move. The services included moving items from an apartment and a nearby storage unit. They showed great care and expertise for our belongings and our home. Would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for some great movers at an incredible price.

Hector and Sons were excellent. They arrived on time and worked straight through until the job was completed. The guys were clean, professional and very respectful. They moved and reinstalled our appliances as well as all of our furniture and boxes we had pre-packed. They were careful not ding, dent or scratch anything. We will definitely use again if the need arises and we will recommend to anybody we know looking for moving services.
