Description of Work: I shopped several locations for a fireplace gas insert to replace our wood stove. As an after thought I checked Angie's List. The positive feed back about Cindy at Hearth and Patio was enought to make us go talk with her.She was extremely knowledgeable and very through in explaining the product. I was convinced no matter what gas insert I bought it would be from her. So we bought one and Cindy was fantastic in handeling the installation, permitting and final firing it up. We got a call every step of the way and when there was a hiccup with installation, Cindy fixed it immediately. She really understands customer service, just does a great job. My recommendation is shop anywhere but buy from Cindy at Hearth and Patio (704-909-2420 @ 7325 Smith Corners Blvd, Charlotte, NC) near exit 18 on I-77. It is so rare to see customer service at this level now days.

+ -1 moreDuring the process of building a new home, questions came up regarding the construction and installation of vented gas log fireplace. Cindy was extrememely helpful in answering my questions and providing guidance. She also gave me the name and phone number of another provider who might be able to perform the services we needed. Because of Cindy's responsiveness and willingness to help I would easily go back to her and Hearth and Patio when future needs arise.
Description of Work: Needed help with questions regarding vented gas log fireplace.
