HAPPY FEET CARPET CLEANING

The technician told me that he didn't clean underneath beds and I told him that was fine and asked him what he could do. He still wanted to talk about cleaning underneath the beds and I just asked him bluntly if he wanted to do the job and he said, "no."

This is the third time I've used Happy Feet, and I will use them again in the future. The carpets were cleaned beautifully and quickly, and the carpet dried quickly.

Called Happy Feet on a Monday for service on the following Saturday. Was able to get a time that was convenient to both me, my 20 month old son, and Happy Feet. Basically I asked Gregg if he could provide service at a time when my son was not napping and start/finish to accomodate my son's afternoon nap. It was great - he showed up when he said he would, was finished when he said he would, and did everything to work around my 20 month old's nap time! I basically showed him the areas, asked if I could leave with my son during the work, my son and I went and drove around, and he did the work with noone in the house. The carpet looks great and it was a fair price. Most importantly - Gregg is the real deal; he is genuinely a "good guy", he is in business for all the right reasons, and I would trust him with a key to my house for example. Quality company, quality person.

Happy feet cleaned the carpet, but the stains from soda and coffee did not come out when they cleaned it.

They did a very good job. I wasn't delighted. They didn't get all the stains out, but they did a pretty good job. I have pets though, so I have to be reasonable.

It was done very swiftly, smoothly, and quietly, which I did not expect (I thought the vacuum would be really loud). We had to stay off the cleaned carpet for the rest of the day, which was no problem. The bonus room, in particular, looks 180 degrees better.

They showed up on time and there were no issues while they were here. They used a floor waxing machine that could not get into the corners and it did not get close to the walls. There was nothing special about the work. They said they would follow up on their work and never did. I saw his response and he still has never called as of 10/15.

Fast, efficient & friendly. There were a few stains they were unable to get out (red drink); he suggested we pick up a product at a home improvement store to finish the job.

Everything went well. They called about 30 minutes before they were coming and arrived on time. Two workers cleaned the carpets and they were efficient and professional showing me how to get some stains out myself. The pricing was clearly listed on their website and was very fair.

They came within a weeks notice. They were very professional. After I had vacuumed it there were still a number of spots that were not evident when they first finished. They did point out to me one stain that did not come up. I have not had carpet cleaned before, so I don't know if what I am questioning is right.

Happy Feet did a superb job with our carpets. They removed traffic stains from our stairs and stubborn pet stains from our carpet. We'll definitely use them next time.
