HAPPY FEET CARPET CLEANING

Happy Feet was personable and professional and responsive to my request for a timely cleaning. They arrived on-time and performed the work with limited interruption. The cost was actually less than they quoted because they acknowledged that the carpet was in better shape than they anticipated.

He did a good job explaining the process and actually cleaning the carpets. We had company just after he was finished and they said our 8 year old carpets looked brand new.

Frankly, I am astounded that there are so many positive reports on this company. Although Gregg is very personable and accommodating, the quality of their work was AWFUL! Throughout the years, I've had my carpets cleaned at least a dozen times, and this is the worst job I've seen. The wall to wall carpets, which previously had a very soft, terry-cloth-like feel to them, were now stiff. It appeared that a chemical had been put on the rug, but not rinsed out. The carpet was not any cleaner. Gregg told us that our carpet was not dirty to begin with - not true (when we had the carpets re-done by another company, we saw buckets of very dirty water coming from our carpets - evidence that the carpets were indeed very dirty and had not been cleaned at all by Happy Feet)! When our all wool area rug dried, we saw bleached out areas where he had sprayed the chemical too strongly - in long sweeping lines. Also, the darker, dirtier areas were unchanged.

Gregg and his assistant arrived on time, went right to work and finished in an hour. The carpets were thoroughly cleaned using the friction method of cleaning. Completely satisfied with all work done.

They performed the work in three days upon my phone call. They arrived on time and completed the job quickly. They gave me some good pointers on when to clean again, how to keep the carpet looking good longer, and how to clean up certain types of stains. We have two small children but no pets. They were very nice, easy to work with, and I am extremely happy with the job they did. The carpet looks brand new. I would definitely use them again.

Greg and his crew always do a wonderful job. We've been using them for at least 5 years. They also now have a house cleaning company. I may try them in the future.

Very pleased. I expressed to Greg my areas of concern and to my surprise he informed me that he would not be able to perform the work and provide a noticeable and lasting improvement. He then told me of a product I could purchase at a fraction of the cost that I could use myself that would better suit my needs. I have to say his honesty and integrity were very refreshing. When I do really need carpet cleaning services you can guess who I'll be calling...Happy Feet, hands down!!

I had doubts that the carpet would come clean. I thought I might have to replace the entire carpet. Greg didn't offer false hopes but told me about the cleaning process and his successful experiences cleaning those kind of carpets. In the end the carpets came out terrific! I will definitely use Greg and Happy Feet for carpet cleaning in the future.

On time and very professional. Cleaned the entire place (2.5 rooms with carpet) within 30 minutes of arrival.

Did good job. They were on time. They even came back the next day to reclean one of the carpets they cleaned the day before because one of my dogs had an accident.

Gregg called me when he was on the way to my house to tell me he would arrive in about 20 minutes. He arrived on time with his assistant. The first thing I made sure of was that the cleaning would not be harmful to my pets. He assured me that it wouldn't be and pointed out that he inhaled the solution day in day out and he would not use it if it was harmful. Gregg asked to see all of the carpeting and stains to be cleaned. He was forthright and told me the stains that would definitely come out, those that may come out and those that would probably not come out. He then told me he would clean for free the dirtiest carpet for my approval. I couldn't believe how clean it came out, and told him to go ahead with the rest. The service took place on 3-27-2007. I held back on the report to see whether any spots came back. (We had that problem with another company). To date, the carpet is the way he said some spots would never come out.

They were on time they did a thorough job. They moved furniture around. Spent some extra time on the stains.

I am a Realtor who has used Happy Feet for my own home as well as for client properties being bought or sold. Gregg quoted a price based on number of rooms and that was the price paid, even though in this case the carpet was badly stained. Although the staff was very late in arriving at the site, they called each time there was an extension to the delay, so the sellers were informed and in the loop.

My white carpet stairs were filthy and I had Happy Feet come out to clean. They did the usual fantastic job, but after the steps dried, I could see there was still some dirt that must have surfaced through the process. I called Greg to voice my concern regarding residual dirt and it was NO PROBLEM at all! He scheduled revisit and came right back to redo my steps. I am TOTALLY pleased with the service, personnel, and this company's desire to DO THE RIGHT thing and ensure customer satisfaction. Way to go HAPPY FEET!!!! I highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning and I'll call again for the next round of cleaning!

Gregg was very professional and upfront. He cleaned the carpets to exceed my expectations. The price was also very resonable. We will use only Happy Feet from here on out.

Sammy and Gene are the best! Both are very friendly, professional, knowledgeable individuals. For the past 9 years I have had my carpets and upholstery cleaned on a biannual basis. Over the 9 year period I have used various cleaning services; all did an adequate job but cannot compare to the job Sammy and Gene performed. From the way they treated my home to the way the carpets/sofa looked and smelled everything was excellent. I will be scheduling my next biannual cleaning with Happy Feet. I anticipate this will be a lasting relationship.

Professional, courteous, punctual. Cleaning carpet prior to sale of home. Offered to come back and re-do rooms after the furniture was moved out. Did a great job on 13 year old carpet.

Gregg was on time and very pleasant. He explained his process and what to expect. The larger rug had pet urine and he did caution me that the process he was using might not completely get rid of the smell (it didn't), but he told me about another process I could try.

Greg white, owner, came to the house at the time he promised, explained his process thoroughly, did a magnificent job, and left the carpets spotless and smelling great! Would not hesitate to have him again. Much better experience than with previous company.

He was in and out in a timely manner. It was like new carpet after he finished. We have a two year old and a golden retriever. The stains were very visible before the cleaning process. Excellent service. We were able to walk on the carpet in just a few hours.

Happy Feet did an excellent job communicating the work that would be done, any areas of concern and the time that it would take to complete the work. Gregg was on time and called to tell me that he was on his way. Very professional and the work completed was high quality.

Gregg wanted to test his cleaning method on two wool rugs before he cleaned them completely. When the test area did not show much difference in brightness and cleanliness, he stopped and let me decide if I wanted to go forward. I decided not to. He gave me a reference for another carpet cleaning company who he thought might offer a more appropriate cleaning method for my wool rugs. The two carpets he did clean were of a different material and cleaned well with his friction method.

They were able to set up an appointment the day after I called, which worked perfectly for me. They arrived promptly (and called when they were on the way). I had planned on getting some chairs cleaned, as well as the carpets, but when they saw the material on the chairs, they told me that their method would not work (that it would look good when they left, but then the dirt would show up again). They even recommended a competitor as the best bet for getting the chairs clean. I was very impressed with their honesty. They cleaned the carpets really well. The carpets were really dirty and now are really clean!!! We would definitely use them again. Their prices are also very good.
