Handy House Cleaning

Cleaned up his mess pulled my dryer and put it back he is one of the nicest men I met. I don't need to do the cleaning after he left because it is already cleaned.

Every time they were booked to come they had to reschedule due to an "emergency". They have never actually showed up. Billed my card and had to fight to get that corrected. Kind of lose faith in Angie's List.

Keren and Geal did a great job!!! Also, very professional and the price was very good! The house looked really good!!! Hired them again!

Great the first time. Next two times not a great job and only stayed two hours. They lock you into a 1 year contract and charge to cancel

There were no pros that came. I canceled so.i wouldnt have to pay. Waited for 1 week for pro to contact me. Nothing. I was told they could contact up to 2 hours before but I only had choice to cancel 24 hours before it be charged. Really. Service was awful and only email no phone to call

I had a service from Handy House Cleaning, I bought 2 pairs of jeans from Buckle, I haven't used the jeans yet, and kept the bag with the jeans on my closet drawers, On that day when they came for the service, I have the Buckle Bag with the jeans was on one of my closet drawers, but when I got home later that day, I saw the Buckle Bag on the kitchen with trash on it, without the jeans, and when I checked on the closet, the jeans were gone and there jeans were nowhere to be found. Likewise, I have a small box on my nightstand with a $100.00 inside, I live in a condo, and all the things that was missing was in my bedroom. The people that Handy House Cleaning sent to clean my place stole the jeans and the $100.00, and they charge my credit card $100.00 for a housecleaning job. I'm not going to use the service again from Handy House Cleaning, not after stealing from my place and when I called them to report what happened they just told me that they are going to investigate, and gave us a run around every time we reach out to Handy House Cleaning.

Never heard from anyone

It went okay, I really didn't get a chance to talk with her. She answered what I asked her. We left and when we returned approx 6:50pm and she had left.

3 blinds in the kitchen were not cleaned. Had to clean after they left. I ask if they cleaned blinds and was told yes.

Shanae was prompt and courteous and did an excellent job.

The pro was scheduled to get to my house at 9:00 am. I had company coming the next day for the weekend. My house was a wreck after all of the remodeling, which was completed the day before the scheduled cleaning. On the evening before, I called the pro, Destinee O, to tell her where to park and to come to the back door. She didn't answer, so I left her a voice mail. At 12:37 am, I had a call from the pro's number, but when I answered, she said nothing. When she didn't show up at 9:00, I went to my email and found an email from Laura at Handy, which was sent at 8:00 saying that the pro canceled at the last minute and they had no one else to send to my house. I will never use Handy again. I asked for a complete refund and canceled the scheduled cleaning that I had already set up as well as the cleaning that they scheduled for December 6th to replace the one that was canceled. Fortunately, I was able to call another company that I had used before and they were able to send two ladies to my house because they had had a cancellation that morning. I don't know what I would have done if they had not been able to come at the last minute.

He did a very good job. Went smoothly.

The cleaning was good, there were a couple of spots that were not cleaned like inside of cabinets, and a couple of doors that were not wiped down .

I book for mid month and they come between 12-17. It goes pretty good. They usually call me a day ahead of time for a reminder.
