Description of Work: I tried having chairs recovered and pillows made. The pricing was what attracted me to Haltermans. However I was told it would only take a 2-4 weeks to recover the chairs and make the pillows. After 8 weeks, I still had not heard back after reaching out to him. It got to the point I was nervous I wouldn't get my chairs back. He finally returned the chairs and the job was good for the price. However he made my pillows with the additional fabric left over from the chairs which any extra fabric was suppose to return to me in case I had enough left over for a small autumun. I gave him separate fabric specifically for the pillows which he said he mixed up, but that this fabric was still at his house and he would return to me with pillows made with the correct fabric. I never heard from him again and lost the fabric I had given him for pillows, at $36/yard that was over a $70 loss. He was a nice man when I did see him and talk to him and I trusted him enough, however I had a bad experience.

+ -1 moreThey did an outstanding job! The fabric that I chose has stripes and everything matches very well. I would certainly use them again in the future. Mr. Halterman was very nice and explained everything he would do before starting the job. The price was very reasonable too.
Description of Work: They re-upholstered an old arm chair.
