gutter cleaning, pressure washing
+ 0 moreHouse looks wonderful. The framing around the back windows needed to be wiped of debris which I did. The gutters were cleaned. There was a lot of mildew on the gutters. They were polished and look good. My dissatisfaction is with the deck. I have a two level deck with back stairs and small deck outside the mudroom. When initially quoted, I asked for a price for the deck including the small deck. He gave me quotes for everything including power washing the front and back walkways, windows in and out, front porch and steps and driveway even though I didn't ask for those quotes. On the day of the cleaning, the small back porch was not power washed. When I questioned Xavier, he said it wasn't included in the quote and made no attempt to rectify my complaint. In addition, there was debris left from cleaning the gutters on the deck and surrounding surfaces. The deck is still stained with dirt in spots. While I'm satisfied with the house power washing, I am not satisfied with the deck and would not hire him again.
Description of Work: House and deck were power washed. Gutters were cleaned and polished.

+ 1 moreJason and Xavier did an excellent job on pressure washing house, gutter cleaning, and window washing. On time, quick response to emails and reasonable pricing. House and windows are sparking. Very happy with their work! Will definitely use again.
