It was overwhelming at first to think about replacing all of our kitchen appliances, but Curtis knew exactly which appliances to direct us to. No matter how many questions I had for him, he always provided detailed explanations and never lost his patience. After shopping at other appliance stores, I realized just how professional h h gregg fine lines was. The entire process with h h gregg was flawless. The appointment was made, there was a call the night before the delivery, and then a call right before the delivery. The delivery men were totally professional in their demeanor. Even when two of the appliances required service (through no fault of h h gregg), Curtis was responsive and got that taken care of immediately. I would definitely recommend both h h gregg and Curtis.
