+ -1 moreI did hire Gutter Logic. We both signed and agreement on Friday for a Monday installation. On Saturday, they called me and said the agreed quoted price was not enough money. They said I needed to give them an extra $1000 to do the job. The fact that we both signed the agreement didn't matter to them. What good is signing an agreement if they can just get out of it whenever they want with no consequences? Be careful by signing an agreement with a company who will charge you in most cases if you get out of the agreement and feels like they can just get out of an agreement if it doesn't benefit them. I hired Gutter Armor and was very satisfied with everything.

+ -1 moreHe provided a professional/comparable estimate and answered all my questions but said the pricing was only good for a day, which was high pressure to me. Also, he was over a half an hour late for the estimate.
Description of Work: I recently had a new roof installed and with that the old gutters were removed. I own a single story home and am looking for 6 seamless gutters around the home and need installation of six 3x4 downspouts.

Price was very fair and the were able to do the install two days later. Very happy with the work and the quick turnaround. Will certainly recommend to others.

Their installers came in on the day expected, clarified what was to be done and it was more than the original quote but not by much, and it was well worth it for the work they completed. + -1 moreThey were fantastic. I had 4” gutters on back of my house and needed 6” K style gutters for my steep 10-12 pitch roof. They used a level to ensure proper drainage all the way around. I had another company do the front gutters a year ago. Gutter Logic had to fix their mistakes as well. Highly Recommend!

+ -1 moreOnly complaint is that the work was scheduled for 1 to 3pm, but the crew arrived sometime after 9:30am while we were not at home. When we returned at 11:30am, the crew had the gutter replaced and was cleaning up. Some deterioration of the rafters and plywood under the shingles was reported, and I would like to have seen that.

+ -1 moreSales and installation was smooth and prompt however after installation it was immediately apparent that there were serious issues with the size of the gutters the size of the downspouts and number of downspouts. We had water pouring out over top of the gutters all around our foundation. Rivers pouring into our crawlspace door. We had water standing in our gutters for hours after it had stopped raining. We took numerous photos and videos and sent them to the service manager. He sent the installation crew out to assess our concerns. They said they called in the day of installation and recommended adding additional downspouts however this was never brought to our attention.

+ -1 moreEverything went well. Workers arrived within time window promised. The work progressed rapidly and skillfully. The three workers each knew what part he needed to perform to complement the work of others. The effectiveness of their work was proven the following day when a thunderstorm occurred and all downspouts worked. All old material was hauled away and debris was thoroughly cleaned.
