The floors of the original bathrooms in our 50's ranch house desperately needed cleaning. They did a great job of cleaning the tiles and grout. They also re-caulked the bathtub and shower. We were blown away with how cleaned up the floors were.

I choose this contractor because of the national reputation and location. Franchise owner Warren Stone promptly came out, explained what needed to be done and sent the estimate the next day. I went with him because of his recommendation to use color matching sealer and replace caulk in shower with grout despite the fact his estimate was $400 more. Brandon came to do the work. Almost every time I checked on how work was progressing he was using his cell phone with his Beats headphones on. The first day he was gone for 2 1/2 hrs over lunch because he said he had to go back to the shop but never notified us he would be gone that long. The job was supposed to be done in a day and a half but at the end of 2 days, Brandon notifies us that he accidentally miscut my last 18x18 tile and there was another crack which is why we were replacing the tile in the first place. He had already set and grouted around the damaged tile without asking us if this would be acceptable. He didn’t finish cleaning and sealing the second shower and hadn’t even started on the cracked tile in the spare bathroom. He set the toilet back in the master bath but it was not connected. I contacted Mr Stone’s office once on Thursday and twice on Friday before Brandon was to return on Saturday morning. I spoke with a very pleasant woman Millie all three times who assured me she would notify Warren to call me to discuss my concerns. No response so I cancelled Brandon for Saturday. After the weekend I called Mr Stone’s cell phone and left a message; again no response. I had to get a plumber out tonight to reconnect the toilet. Fortunately no monies were transacted. Now I need to search for a replacement tile and a new contractor. Extremely poor communication!
