Then owner followed up by phone the same day as my request for an estimate. Appointment was set for later in the week. Owner stayed in touch and alerted me he was running late which was considerate of him. Rarely get that anymore from people. Upon arrival the owner and I looked at the work I thought I needed done. Turns out using stucco wasn't the best way to complete the job I wanted done. The owner was honest and informative on other options to get the job done. I appreciated his help and would use and recommend Grillo Stucco for any work needed on a house.

It was great. He's responsive, worked hard, and showed up when he's supposed to.

I was so delighted and relieved with I spoke with Mr. Martinez and he was so helpful. He is evaluating the stucco for us and will give us his determination as to the condition of the stucco itself. This is purely GOOD BUSINESS! This local expert is one of the best known in Charlotte and he takes the time to evaluate the condition of homes and typically does not charge for this service. We feel as though we are in the best hands!

Owner was experienced and knowledgeable about stucco. He went over and above expected service. Would definitely recommend.

Very hard to get ahold of and establish a repair date. When crew arrived they were professional and cleaned up pretty good.

2 years later, stucco is coming away from the wall. Called Silvano Sandoval (owner) and was informed he does not guarantee his work. He changes his company name every year and his email address has changed to grillostucco@hotmail.com. He is not willing to correct his work. 21

I called the week of 9-1-14 and left a message for Grillo Stucco. I left a detailed message that I wanted a quote to stucco over an entire house. I left my phone number and my name twice. Grillo Stucco did not call me back. I called again on 9-8-14 and spoke with someone in person. He said that he was working on something but that he could come out the same day. He promised to call me back and meet with me the same day. He never called me back. Very very unprofessional !

No work done due to no estimate.

I called to request a quote for a small stucoo repair job and was told that he would be out at the end of the week to take a look at the job. I waited into the following week but never heard back. I finally called and left a message stating that I was interested in knowing what the cost estimate for the job would be. I never received a return a call-back. Even if the company did not want to do the work they should have shown the courtesy of calling me to tell me so.

Called them to set up Friday appointment on Monday. Per their request emailed my info and then called them back on Thursday because had not heard anything from them. Left a message then got an email saying they would be here at 9 am on Friday as promised. Grillo Stucco not show up so called them at 10 to see what was up. They said they were on job but would be here by 11 AM. No show again! No phone call just basically a blow off. I guess they don't need the business anymore. Very disappointing!!!!

I spoke with them and set up a time to have them take a look at some work and for an estimate. At the time of our scheduled appointment, he did not show up. No call or anything. So I called them and ended up leaving a message. After taking off of work, driving 30 minutes to the house, and waiting for them to show up for an hour I had to leave. It has now been 24 hours and I still have received no word back. Would not recommend them .

He came exactly when he said he would and did the repair perfectly and even left us with a big drum of color coded stucco that matches our 26 year stucco perfectly! Simply amazing. Took the time to explain the entire repair process.

Grillo Stucco was able to correct really poor repairs made to the house 7 years ago. They were also able to repair a wall with settlement issues (approximately 40') and restucco, matching the color very well. Extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. We will absolutely use them again for all additional stucco work!

Grillo stucco provided this work while I was out of town dealing with a grave illness of a family member, so the integrity of this company is super high. He kept in touch via photos, texts, and calls on his cell phone. I had other providers mis-diagnose the situation and what to do about it. I was so happy to find Grillo Stucco - right away he was confident he knew what to do to find and repair the roof leak! First, they had to access a portion of the attic that was not accessible. Then they repaired water damaged wood and fixed the leak and re-faced the chimney. It was a bad leak and I have not had a problem since! Thank you, Grillo Stucco!

Set up appointment but never came

They were prompt, came at the appointed time for estimates and appraisals. Crew arrived promptly and immediately set up scaffolding and covering for plants and deck. They worked efficiently, repaired areas then primed entire rear of house and applied final coat the next day.

My experience with them was very good. They were friendly, punctual, and flexible.

They are fantastic and did a wonderful job. This company did a good job and I am very pleased with them; the owner is a very nice guy. He gave me a very good estimate and from all the other people that I called from Angie's List I think he was the best one.

I found Grillo on Angies List. I left a message on voicemail and my call was returned promptly. I arranged for Grillo to come out and review the job. Grillo arrived promptly. The work was completed agreed. The patches are invisible. Grillo had the additional challenge that our stucco product had been discontinued so Grillo had to find a match. They did a great job.

I found them on Angie's List. He had a group of people who came so they had done a very quick job. So far, so good. He has a warranty for either six months or one year. He did not match the color as well as we would have liked to but I think it is one of those very difficult situations because the old stucco is different from the new stucco. I am such a perfectionist that is why it bothers me but we can always touch up with the paint. Otherwise, he has done a good job. He is very quick and his price is like a triple A. His price is half of what the others charge so it is excellent.

This was the 2nd time that I used Grillo Stucco in 6 months. They were professional, punctual and the finished product was outstanding.

Silvano came out and re-stucco'd the sill like new. You cannot tell it was repaired.

The job went very well. It took a few days for Silvano to work us into his schedule but when they arrived they finished the work in a very timely fashion and did a very good job.

Excellent service - always arrived when they said they would - undertook work with care and detail.
