Great! Linda and her team were very nice. Our tub was dirty and had mold in the seams from being improperly sealed. It looks AMAZING now! Sparkling. I purchased the $35 deal for an hour of bathroom cleaning. They even wiped down my toiletries bottles and dusted the blinds. Everything was nicely organized when they left, too.

Linda and Charles were great. They spent several hours getting a few of our closets and rooms packed up. I'm handicapped and deal with pain, so I needed someone to help get some of our main packing done. Linda was wonderful getting my antiques packed and took special care with everything that had concerns about. She marked the boxes better than any other moving company packers we've ever had and she kept the boxes for the rooms labeled as I had instructed. The only thing is that was disappointing is that I was charged for the 20-30 minutes that it took to assess everything and for them to go through each of the 3 levels to see everything that we needed packed. I found out about Linda and GreenThumb in the Mint Hill Matthews Mint Hill community paper, so I didn't find any special offer. I was on a very tight budget, and needed them to get as much done as possible, since the Movers were coming the next morning to move all the large furniture and all packed boxes that we had ready. I was charged $35/hour per person, so basically $70/hour. Linda was very professional and Charles was lively, keeping things upbeat. My family and I loved both of them and I was so glad that Linda could fit our job in her schedule with short notice. Linda also had someone she knows who did professional carpet cleaning, who she was able to reach that afternoon while they were packing for me, and was able to get him to come by and do the estimate for the carpets and schedule us on his schedule for a few days later. Completed exactly what I asked for.

The four ladies were awesome. My garage was horrible. Dog and cat hair. Years of junk. They came in and organized and cleaned. They got the garbage man to take about 10 bags of garage over what was in my receptacle. I definitely would use them again.

Provider arrived earlier than originally stated. I had purchased 4 hours of work and they came with 3 girls for 80 minutes. The main problem was that I hadn't selected enough hours to get the job done. That is my fault, not theirs. The only quality item I really noticed was the next day. There were still a few cobwebs near the ceiling in the master bath. I think by asking for too much in too short a time I rushed them this detail was forgotten.

GreenThumb Cleaning clearly communicated expectations, provided suggestions and recommendations based off of the current job described -- and I felt that they were honest. To add, not only were they punctual, but the went above and beyond expectations. I would definitely request their services in the future and would recommend others in their service area to try them out as well!

They do a great job every time I use them. They do a great job cleaning and organizing my house...I have a dog and two small kids so its no easy task. I would highly recommend this company.

I am pretty satisfied with that. They did a good job. I would double the price that I paid but it seem like they cleaned up pretty well. I was not there but it seem like my satisfaction was important to them. Even though it cost them extra, they seem to care about my satisfaction.

I cannot be more grateful for the wonderful way in which the job was handled today by Green Thumb Cleaning and Organizing. It went extremely well and didn't take very long at all. The ladies were here on time and it was amazing how much they got done in such a short amount of time. They are sensitive to your scheduling needs and will accommodate you even if it means they have to rearrange their day. Hiring GTCO was a blessing to me and my family!

Unprofessional cleaning crew, different people every time, not on time for appointments

A former teacher,Linda & I had several things in common; thus we clicked right away. She was very personable and energetic. I recommend her highly.

They didn't get to my house until after 11 am when I expected them at 9 am but once they got here they were a whirlwind of activity. They organized my craft room which was a total disaster. Did a wonderful job in the kitchen, even cleaned my refrigerator and microwave. Went through my closets and donated clothes that I wasn't wearing anymore. Linda had me sort through paperwork and throw out a bunch of stuff. By the time they left, my house was clean and organized! I have used Greenthumb Cleaning before and will use them again. They are a great service!

I don't usually leave reviews but I was impressed with Linda, the owner, and JoAnn. They are professional, courteous and did a very thorough cleaning. Linda was very flexible to schedule the appointment with me to fit my busy schedule. I will hire Linda and her staff again.

I've used Green Thumb five times now. GreenThumb has always been very punctual and professional. I've used other providers while trying to find the right cleaning service to work with regularly. GreenThumb works hard while they are here, leaves the house looking great, and is reasonably priced. They use the cleaning agents that I prefer if specifically requested. They are ready to do whatever is requested on each visit including windows or other special needs. We will definitely continue to use them.

Linda arrived within a reasonable time frame, and we both set to work on cleaning out my very disorganized garage. In less than 3 hours, she had helped me sort, organize, clean, and structure all of the clutter. It was beautiful when we were done! I would totally recommend hiring Green Thumb Cleaning and Organizing. After I used my Angie's List coupon, I hired Linda at her regular rate of $50 per hour to come and help me clean and organize my piles of clean laundry and my cluttered bonus room. Again, she did a great job.

Experience was fine, the service would of been for my rental property, but the tenant ended up not moving out on time. Coupon would of expired before I could of used the service.

They were very thorough and deep cleaned kitchen and bathrooms, which is what I really needed. Looks as good as it has ever looked.

This was a great experience. Home is up for sale and needed a quick cleaning. Found Angie's List deal on a Thursday and the company called and scheduled for a HOLIDAY the next Monday. That was great for me. I was already off from work and didn't have to take extra time off for people to come to home. Did a great cleaning job in bathrooms. Have teenagers in home and they don't clean very well. The young ladies who came to the home were very very nice. We enjoyed them being there. I would definitely recommend this company for a quick clean or even on-going cleaning.

From my first call with Linda she was warm and engaging and something about her tone made me feel like she would not judge me for my excessive shopping habits that lead me to the clutter in the first place! Linda came in this morning to help me sort out what I wanted to keep and what I could let go of in preparation for my move. She and her partner were kind, personable, and immediately got to work. She asked me a few questions about what I wanted to accomplish and what I wanted the result to be and she personally walked me through going through two overstuffed closets and identifying things I could pass on to charity. The fact that I know my goods will go to the charities I specified and she immediately took them away means I am happy about the end result AND I could not change my mind - a must for those of us who tend to go back through our bags for give away and destroy our own good intentions but taking stuff back out. She talked to me about who I was and helped me take a hard look at what I wanted to be and what my goals were. She was kind, but also gently nudged me to let go of some older ideas I had. It was almost like a bit of life coaching thrown into me letting go of my past. I was not sure what to expect from the experience, but I enjoyed Linda's personality, spirit, and helpful advice to get me moving in the right direction. She encouraged me and made me feel great about letting go. I never would have given away so much without her, and yet I feel like I have so much more. I can actually see and access the things I love the most again! After I move I will definitely have her come back for another session - this time to make my new living space more efficient for the things I want to do. Overall a wonderful experience! Terrible!!! Would never recommend this company should not be on Angie's List. I was extremely disappointed. Never would return my call after calling multiple time in on day she finally then returned my call. We scheduled something for a Saturday in the morning and then she was a no show
