Very good HD antenna installation would highly recommend.

I usually shop at Amazon. I purchased 2 antennas at Amazon and ended up with 20 stations, 6 without the amplifier. Wanting to get the antenna mouted on top of chimney, I called Green Wave to get a quote and installation. Ulysses met me at my home and I agreed to send my antennas back to Amazon and use his antenna. Ulysses did a great job installing (made the wife happy) and when we tested, we got NOT 20 but 45 channels. All the research on Amazon for 2 weeks then a local professional installs the best antenna in a short time.

Ulysses and Willie were very professional and performed fantastic and tidy work. They ran 4 new cable lines to rooms in my house and hooked up an antenna in the attic. The signals on 45 channels is outstanding, and the weather is terrible! Green Wave Satellite is the best.

Friendly, could come out very quickly. Spent time with my husband working out best place for our antenna. We wanted to try avoiding putting it on the roof and Mr. Green was willing to take time to try other options. Stayed to help adjust the position based in channel reception.

I was contacted immediately from the owner. He was able to come out the same day we spoke about my project. He's very knowledgeable and has been doing antenna installations for 17 years. He was running late for our appointment but instead of letting me sit with radio silence, he contacted me to let me know. My tvs are working flawlessly now and I get many channels I didn't even think were possible. I would definitely recommend this company.

I called this company to restore my satellite service. My dish service was disabled after a storm. DirecTV would not repair the dish as it was mounted on a (FLAT) roof and their technicians refused to go on the roof (where THEY had installed the dish). DirecTV wanted to move my dish and I did not want this. I explained all of this when I placed the service call with Green Wave. Since I was not going to be home myself, I asked them to call me before doing ANYTHING. At the end of the day, the service tech did come to my house as scheduled, but that is where the good experience ended! He then proceeded to move my dish (to a location that I did NOT want), without my consent ... as he did not telephone me beforehand as I had requested. On top of everything, they charged me MORE than DirecTV was going to charge me to move it.

I wanted my new antenna to pick up a distant station. They worked on placement until I got the channel I wanted. Customer satisfaction isn't important at some businesses anymore. They made sure I was happy and got what I wanted.
