Description of Work: Derly had retiled our bathroom floor and shower floor following a leak that resulted from faulty installation by someone else 10 years ago. He did a beautiful job, especially of blending old and new, and then came back recently to finish trim work around the bathroom vanity once we had it back in place. Also took measurements to quote for an update on two more bathrooms upstairs, which he will do this summer.

+ 0 moreDerly did it flawlessly and we like it now even better than before. We chose him over three other installers who quoted the job. Derly's written quote was very detailed in terms of his process; the materials to be used, which he itemized and priced separately; and labor. He did all the work himself, and started and finished when he said he would. His price was very reasonable, and he is a thoroughly nice person.
Description of Work: Derly retiled the shower and floor in our master bath. The shower pan had been incorrectly installed by someone else 10 years ago, causing a slow destructive leak that resulted in our having to tear out the entire floor and the bottom 2 rows of tile in the shower wall, plus some damaged tiles around the vanity. Our challenge was to install new tile that would blend with the 10-year-old tile without making the whole room look looking "patched."
