I want to give these guys a great review because they tried to make it right but there were a bunch of screwups along the way. I purchased a new stereo for my wrangler and the wiring harness. I am pretty good with electronics so I tried to install myself. First problem - the wiring harness was wrong and after splicing, striping and connecting wires for an hour I discovered the port connections weren't right. So I went back to them and they told me it was the wrong harness. The new harness cost me 40 extra bucks. So I got the new harness, went home, did all the splicing and connecting again, plugged everything in and... radio didn't work. After troubleshooting for a while I finally went back to find out that they gave me the wrong harness AGAIN. The actual harness I needed cost me an additional 60 on top of what I had already paid. So I got the 3rd harness, wired and everything seemed to be working but then my rear speakers would keep cutting on and off. This ended up being a setting issue in the radio and it cost me another 40 bucks for them to diagnois the problem. The guys I worked with were great, really apologetic, helped me do a bunch of things that they technically should have charged for but didn't because of all their mistakes. But in the end it took me 3 days to get everything right and was just aggrevating. Mistakes happen, but doesn't mean I wasn't fraustrated.

They have been wonderful. Every instance they have ever had with us have been wonderful. They have installed so many things for us and they are always punctual. Their servicemen are very good and polite. I went and looked and called back that night and ordered over the phone and they have a delay in delivery for two weeks.

They are outstanding. I paid $120 for a free computer servicing. We brought one computer in because it crashed, and I think I have one more computer that I could bring in if I needed it serviced. We bought the hard drive, and they did the service included in the one fee that we paid upfront.
